He’s provided more answers than anyone else and delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!

December 23rd, 20 mins of gushing water upstairs bathroom took months of cleanup. We couldn't have done any of it without Disaster Masters. They showed up, dried out the water & introduced us to their contents solution team & contractor. Best & hard working people ever!!! Steele answered my call on a Sunday and when I explained what happened he went right to work. He had a crew out to clean up and dry out with dehumidifiers and fans. All of our furniture was saved and safely stored offsite. Steele was professional and communicative the entire way through the process, and I could not have chosen a more responsive company. Kendall acquired a difficult assignment when a tornado tore the roof off an apartment building I own. The insurance adjuster gave Disaster Masters the go ahead to mitigate the water damage. It was a huge expensive job they expertly accomplished and then had to wait many months to get paid by the insurance. Kendall’s calm professional approach solved the problem. He earned my respect and friendship.

When we suddenly discovered water in our downstairs during the deep freeze of 2024, I immediately called Disaster Masters. They were at our house within the hour...seriously. Professional drying and dehumidifiers were installed right away. The guys treated us like family; they truly care. It was obviously with the level of care and kindness that Disaster Masters of Hot Springs is a local, family-run business.

I am a real estate agent and also learned that Disaster Masters will do "trash outs" (to clean out vacant homes prior to listing), mold remediation, and have special equipment and climate control storage warehousing to handle damaged home/office contents.

Had a copper pipe bust in my kitchen destroying my base cabinets and flooring, Progressive Ins contracted Disaster Masters, Bodie and his crew came out diagnosed the problems removed the destroyed cabinets and flooring and found the leak, then they dried out the house using commercial sized dehumidifiers and fans.After all that they packed up my kitchen and dinette and put it up in a safe climate controlled storage center and will bring it back after the house has been restored. Bodie and his crew are top notch show up at the times promised and stay in communication of what’s next, I can’t recommend Disaster Masters strongly enough they did a great job and would not hesitate to use them again.

Bodie came out and looked over our concerns with us. Gave us a quote and scheduled us for services very quickly. Bodie and Nate came out and completed the work professionally and neatly. Both men were professional, personal and polite. Will use disaster master in the future if I need to.

I highly recommend Disaster Masters for water mitigation. We had a pipe burst and flood 2 floors. They promptly came in with their equipment, got the water under control, and removed damaged structures. Their experience shined through because they were able find damaged areas that we did not know were affected. Great professional company!!!

We used this company and I will say they got right out on Christmas Eve to dry up water damage from a pipe, the put in 7 small fans in not all the affected areas. He said he didn’t have enough equipment and promised to bring more in a couple of days. He brought a dehumidifier bought from Walmart that wasn’t large enough for our first floor. Condensation on the windows ruined our trim pieces on our windows, then the guy proceeded to not show up on days we took off work. Overall I would use somebody more professional. I understand y’all are busy but don’t take on a job if you don’t have time or equipment to set it right.

I really can't recommend these guys enough. We got several estimates on having our vents and ductwork cleaned and they came in with the best price. Not only this, but the work they did was very thorough. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. Had a friend who had their home cleaned for mold problems, he recommended Disaster Masters to me. Said they did a wonderful cleaning job on their house. Called these guys to inspect a house for possible mold problems. No issues with mold, very prompt service. Didn't charge me for the inspection.

The crew from Disaster Masters removed all damaged materials from ceiling and walls, dried out the spaces and made sure there was no mold,
rebuilt everything including insulation, reinstalled all the crown molding and finished with a first class paint job. Original colors. The end result looks like nothing ever happened. All was completed within a matter of days. The foreman and the team members were friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend them any time.
