Great work. Unbelievable how quick the roof was replaced with removal of all shingles and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. Job started at daylight and job was done by noon. Yard and driveway was absolutely spotless when job was completed. They don't miss any details when job is complete. ( cleaned gutters out and made sure secure, swept for nails , sealed the brick caps on chimney). If you need a roof replacement this is who to call.

These guys were great! They showed up early and didn't stop all day long. Our new roof looks great and they fixed some places on the roof as well. I highly recommend Dillon Roofing. They worked with my schedule so that I could be on site when they replaced the roof. They were fast and efficient. They tarped all around the house and kept the area clean. They also communicated very well in terms of what they observed when they removed the old roof and how they were going to address problems. Recommend without reservations. Everett provided a competitive quote within a few days of contacting him. Pointed out issues I knew of and some that I was unaware. Took pictures of the roof to point out issues as well.

I decided to have him install the new roof and try to keep the existing chimney flashing. After the tear-off he sent me pictures of the exiting flashing illustrating the poor condition. I had him install new wrap and the job turned out perfectly. Everett & his son/crew are very thorough. Attention to detail in every step of the process. Had a new roof put old roof tore off. These men put tarps down and showed a lot of respect for the home and property did a 5 star job with a 5 star attitude. I had gotten a quote from another company for a roof replacement and decided to call Dillons to compare quotes. They came out the same day and when talking with them their knowledge and explanation of what needed to be done made more sense to me than the other company, so I decided to go with them. They gave me a time frame when they could do the job came out and had everything done and cleaned up in a day. Very responsive to messages, would highly recommend.

Very nice gentleman. Responsive to our immediate need regarding a roof leak. Showed up promptly as scheduled. Reviewed the issue with the leak. His service was not able to provide the type of particular repair we would need due to our siding, however he gave us his professional advice without hesitation and at no charge. Discussed varies options for future outlooks of the roof too. Courteous, polite and professional. Would highly consider for any future issues.

I don’t know where to begin. I noticed a pretty large stain in bathroom wall high up near ceiling. I got 2 estimates from other companies who told me I needed immediate repair work and /or new roof for that part of house, which is 14 years old. Something told me that there was the possibility of it not being a water stain since it hadn’t turned brown. So I decided to call Dillon Roofing for another estimate since they had a 5 star rating. Know I know why. Everett took my call right away (a rarity these days!) and came to my house early the next morning. Impressive work ethic! He looked at the stain in the bathroom then got up on the roof. His finding: No water getting in and gutters were clean. Probably an area the painters missed 2 years ago??? Everett’s assessment was another 6 years for a new roof. I’m so happy with that report.

We recently had our roof replaced by Dillon Roofing. My wife organized the bids, and Dillon was very respectful to her and quick to get her a competitive quote. They kept us informed as to when they would be able to do the replacement, and let us know quickly of any overages outside of the estimate (which were all fair). When we returned to the lake, the roof matched the dock and the area was clean of any trash or nails. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to do a roof replacement. Plus, we got some cool drone photos of the roof :)

I was amazed when the crew arrived around 8 AM and was done by 1 PM including cleanup. One special thing that impressed me was that Bradley Dillon not only installed the roofing, but raked the tire marks on our lawn from his truck and trailer prior to leaving to insure that the grass wouldn't stay matted down.

My parents just had them put a new roof and gutter guards on their home and they did an amazing job! Very prompt and hard working crew, very reasonable cost and overall a great experience. Excellent estimating process and only quality materials used and professional installation methods. I can not say enough for the amazing work ethic of Bradley. I contacted Dillon Roofing for an estimate on replacing my gutters. After no responses from other service companies in the past, I was prepared to wait a good while to hear from them. To my surprise, I heard from Everett almost immediately. After viewing the job, Everett gave a very reasonable price for the work, and he and his son, Bradley, arrived within just a couple of days, in the timeframe he stated.

In the course of work, Bradley discovered missing and loose nails on my relatively new roof, and repaired and replaced them! Also, they changed out my floodlights, repositioning them as well, all with no additional charges. Everett and Bradley did a wonderful job, were quick, pleasant, and professional; they went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with a project very well done. I found out about Dillon Roofing from a friend that used them earlier this year and had been very impressed with their work. I had been saving for a new roof for a couple of years and it was past due for it. Mr. Dillon was very responsive when I requested my initial quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, and talked me through all the details of what needed to be done. Mr. Dillon and crew removed the old roof, replaced all the damaged plywood, installed the new roof, and cleaned up without a trace all in one day. They are super professional and very friendly. Dillon Roofing was very prompt & professional. They were hard working & the finished product looks great. I was very impressed with the prep work that happened before the shingles were installed. Some of my sheeting had to be replaced. New drop edge was installed on all roof edges, ice shield & underlayment were installed & new flashing around chimney. The new roof looks great and makes my old house look new again
