DSPB was very responsive from the beginning. We put in a request on the website and received a call the following day. It didn’t take long for them to add us on their schedule and the pole building went up in a couple days. The whole process was very smooth and we are so happy we decided to go with them!

Great experience from start to finish! 1.5 month Total from the time I signed my contract. Will use again for future builds. Dan was great clear and concise with costs, planning, warranties (lifetime/limited) and scope of work. Kris Roger made sure deadline were meet with each crew. They were polite and accommodating with there equipment and vehicles placement in order for me to go to and from my driveway to work. Glad I beat the freeze and not be heading to work in a frozen car the next few months!

The entire process was very smooth and quick. From our initial contact with Dan and planning the building to the final inspection, every crew was professional and proficient. The builders had the building up in 2 days, the concrete was done in a day, the gutters, the garage door all came together flawlessly. The electrician, JB Electric, did an outstanding job with the interior and exterior lighting. We would highly recommend Diamond State Pole Buildings to anyone looking for that extra space for whatever their needs. We still have the signs in the yard and the building has been done for 2 weeks now!

I use diamond State because they made the whole process just that much easier from start to finish everybody did an outstanding job and their price was just in line with all the other competitors there was one small issue that I did not like and the project manager himself came out and handled it the next day to my surprise so yes they did a great job and I felt they went above and beyond the other two estimates I got

I just can’t say enough about Diamond State Pole Buildings and how pleased I am with the pole barn they built for me. I’ll give the key points below:
1. The only company out of many that I called that immediately sent a well-informed salesperson out to show me their product line, options, and finishes, and help me pick what I needed, not what they wanted to sell to me. Some companies I called actually said,” Come by our shop when you can, and we will see what we can do.” Really?
2. Diamond State’s pricing was reasonable and straightforward. I did eventually get several estimates, and Diamond State was not the cheapest, but they did, by far, offer the best value for the product received.
3. Unlike some other companies, Diamond State was a “one -stop-shop.” Other places wanted me to find my own concrete and electrical contractors or submit my own building permit. Diamond State handled it all and had all the necessary allied contractors on tap and ready to go.
4. I was kept informed every step of the way by the Project Manager assigned to my build. If I had a question, or wanted a change, and I did, they easily pivoted to accommodate my request.
5. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with no surprises; the quality is great, and it looks fantastic.

2nd pole barn built by Diamond State on my property and once again did an outstanding job. Kris Rogers was on top of the project start to finish. From the start of the first call made Dave Coles was very helpful answering all my questions, I had no clue about what to expect building my first garage, once I was directed to the project manager Kenny Martin things couldn’t have been anymore professional from start to finish, great job by all, definitely will spread the word about this great company!

Amazing , the whole staff was very professional...went in for a change of color and everyone was involved, and helpful. None of that well you need to come and see your salesman when he's in...they all helped and then informed him.

Excellent!!! I received four quotes and DSP was low bid. Price was great, service was better. Dave Coles quoted our barn several ways and never seemed inconvenienced by my requests. Several design changes after i signed the contract were fairly priced. The construction phase was coordinated by Mark. Again, patient, courteous, and glad to help. Thanks for an exceptional job DSP. Delmarva did a 4 car garage and an addition to the house for us. We have NO complaints whatsoever! The New Castle County inspectors said the quality of the work was first class, Dave and Chris always responded to questions and concerns we had throughout the construction--I had both of their cell numbers and they always returned calls quickly--even on a weekend. We made numerous changes to plans as construction was taking place and there was never an issue and never an additional charge for the change. We had lots of input on upgraded finishes and they never had an issue with me purchasing things if I wanted something unique or specific. They added approximately 2000 sq ft to my house with no problems or glitches at all. I will definitely use them again and recommend them with no reservations.

I had a 30 x 50 pole building built by them. They left ruts in my yard and wouldn’t fix. 4 months later the concrete for the pole building started cracking. They stated it wasn’t covered to repair under the one year warranty. I would not recommend their service to other people.
