We recently hired Delaware Inspections to conduct a new home, one-year warranty experience. The entire process from initial contact to report completion was executed flawlessly. We have had numerous home inspections since purchasing our first home in 2002; however, none of those compared to the level of detail undertaken by Kris and his crew. When the scheduler told us it would take four hours to complete the inspection I thought she was joking, but it did take four hours. Kris started by listening to my wife and I discuss problems we noted and then they got to work conducting a top-to-bottom, outside-to-inside inspection. After they completed the inspection, Kris spent time reviewing his major findings with us prior to returning to the office to complete the report. The report was well written and easy to access. Delaware Inspections will be my choice for all future home inspections. My wife and I highly recommend them!

Excellent New construction 1-year warranty inspection by Kris. Kris was very thorough, took time to explain things to me or to show me issues so I better understood them, used a drone to inspect the roof, and got us our detailed report with pictures to document every thing in two days. Kris is the most thorough detailed inspector you could ever ask for. He is pleasant and easy to work with. He made the process so simple for us. This inspection was amazing! Kris went through my home with a find tooth comb which uncovered various items of which some were critical and others that may require attention in the future. During the inspection he engaged me highlighting specific items that required immediate attention. Overall, his inspection was thorough, detailed and eye opening. When he found something, he would stop and explain the "why" it should be better, or how to fix this the proper way. Kris was at the house for over 5 hours and he looked at EVERYTHING. He scoped the sewer line and found some minor defects. I recently purchased a new construction home and decided to get a home inspection. It was a pleasure working with Kris. He came on time and spent over three hours. There were things he found that I would've never seen. And thanks to the nice weather he was able to go on to the roof and inspect as well.
