I’m not the type to write a bad review, but I’ve given this company two years to get the job done. I have reached out literally dozens of times and they will always say they’ll come “next week”.

I typically withhold a portion of the payment until the job is finished. For a nearly $37k job, I was waiting to pay the final $2k, but I got so much pressure from them to pay everything before the job was done. I finally in good faith made the payment. That was a year ago, and now they don’t seem to feel the need to finish the job.

The work itself I would give three stars. They painted on a day it had rained so the paint immediately had places where it bubbled. There are also some gaps that weren’t filled between panels. I’m still waiting on the final trim around my door.

The next step is report to the BBB.

This company was the only one to offer to reside an addition to my house that had asbestos shingles. The work and finished product are fine, but the communication of this company sucks. First, they changed the scope of work from the original bid without telling me before starting. I had to call them to ask what the heck was going on...they explained that they discovered the shingles were more important to the structural integrity of the walls than originally thought, so they needed to approach the job from a different angle. Thankfully, they did not change the price they quoted me. After that, it was a nightmare trying to get them to send someone out to put my downspout back up. I did not receive prompt responses to texts and the person who answers the phone doesn't know anything...they just pass you off to your salesman. At least everyone who works there has a good attitude and tried to be helpful.

Got a bid for my one side of a cedar fence only in color to match trex fencing on other side..
8000.dollars, I could replace it for less with the trex fencing. This group is a total rip off, unbelievable. Guess they hope the client is to dumb to realize they are getting ripped off.
