There are so many contractors out there, and it is difficult to decide on someone you can trust. I can tell you that you can trust Peter and his son. I highly recommend them. We had two projects completed over the past couple years. One was a bathroom remodel with a zero clearance walk-in shower and heated floors. The other was a kitchen remodel together with upgrades to our laundry room and my workshop.

Peter is very, very knowledgeable and has a solution for every issue encountered. Other contractors would likely choose to just let it go and not say anything. Not Peter. He communicates very well.

Peter is so versatile, with expertise in carpentry, drywalling, plumbing, wood floors, cabinet installation to name a few. Peter is also a licensed electrician, and does electrical work correctly and per code. That gives me peace of mind.

Peter treats our home like his own. He installs dust mitigation and floor protection before starting a job, and cleans up before leaving each day.

Peter is thorough in identifying the scope of work, and is fair in his pricing. There were no extras (unless it is something outside of the scope that I decide that I want). In those cases, Peter's pricing is very reasonable.

Again, I highly recommend Peter and Design Invention for any improvements you may want. Peter can do it all.

Peter and his crew did an amazing job in our crawlspace. We needed posts put up to support the floor. He is quick to answer any questions, reliable and leaves the work area spotless.

I cannot say enough good things about Design Invention. Peter Rymaszewski is my “go to” General Contractor. I highly recommend his company. They fully renovated both my kitchen, my laundry room and made extensive repairs to my deck. His approach is collaborative. His recommendations are spot on. When I was considering glass tiles for a backsplash, we discussed the merits of both glass and ceramic tile. I went with ceramic tile. His workmanship is impeccable. He has a great list of retailers for tile, cabinets, quartz, and granite. Peter does it right the very first time. He comes when he says he is coming. If you leave him a message, he is prompt in getting back to you. You will be pleased you made him the choice when hiring.

Peter and his team are very good at what they do. I am a repeat customer for Design Invention and his team has pretty much remodeled my whole house. All bathroom remodels, kitchen redone, basement gut and remodel, etc. The team is always prompt to start the work every day and clean up every night before going home. Price is average and work is excellent t. If I don’t like something he listens and makes right. I do like the honest opinion on my suggestions and end up a great finished product. After 12 years of using Peter he is redoing my Master bathroom a second time! Overall a great experience!

A remarkable company that’s professional and does beautiful work. I have used this company for three major projects in my home and I am so pleased with the workers and the amazing results. I had my basement redone and just had my kitchen remodeled, and I had major interior work done to bathrooms. No job is too big for this team. The first time we used Peter and Magdalena’s company, Design Inventions, was in 2015. Magdalena is an interior decorator and Peter is a contractor. We used them both and their work was wonderful. They provided both interior design and construction services for a complete remodeling of our kitchen.

We were so impressed with their work that we have used them for a number of other projects since then.
