I did not use this contractor, but they were professional and Honest. They recommended I use someone else for a residential metal roof, as they could not compete with the Amish Contractors in my area. Call here for shingles.

These guys are experts, from owners to the installers, who are really more like skilled craftsmen. Very highly recommended for houses in any income class.

The membrane on my porch blew off and water was dripping through all over the place. Kevin Dunkel personally came out to my house in Big Run to look at it and give me a quote. His original quote was even better than what the insurance adjuster figured on, so I had no unexpected out of pocket expense. We talked about exactly what I was getting, in detail, so the lower price didn't worry me at all.

Dunkel Roofing did an outstanding job, took extra time and made extra trips to show me things, answer all my questions, and address all my concerns. I can't say enough about their patience and professionalism. They expertly installed a high quality roof after removing all the old junk that was never even installed right in the first place. That part of the roof now looks custom, and it is. When they left there was not one sign they had even been here, except for a sparkling new roof.

When I was unsure about part of the installation, Kevin emailed me to explain. I checked with the manufacturer and it absolutely was done to their spec's, to the T. That's just the kind of thing I do when someone is doing work for me because I expect it to be right. They still came out and added some extra touches, without ruining it, just so I was happy with the way it looked, and they did it the very next day. Yeah, I gave these guys a little bit of a hard time, but they earned my full respect and I will stake my name on them.

Thanks to all of you guys for the expert work! We could not be happier under any circumstances and I won't even consider calling anyone but Dunkel for roofing, and I mean that. It's not something I say lightly.
