My wife and I just purchased our new Traverse RS from EMM. I have nothing but good things to say about their staff, and our salesman Nathan. Took my Chevy Silverado to get an oil change, tires rotated, state inspection and replace my front brakes. I had the wrong insurance card, so they contacted my insurance company and had the current card faxed to them. Already had rotors and pads purchased, but they explained that the pads will still pass inspection, so we’ll get the next time around. They even gave me an unexpected discount.
Very nice people and great service. They’re a keeper.

I took my truck in for service. They called and gave me a repair cost $780 and said that was the worst case, but it would probably be less. Later that day they called and said they found more issues and it was going to need another part. I let them know that the part they said it needed I had already purchased and it is in the truck. Luke told me that would save me money and he would have it taken care of the next day. The next day I received a call from the mechanic and he told me it would cost me more money for him to remove the part he had already installed the previous day and install my part instead. It’s real nice that they completed the additional repairs without my approval first. So my worst case cost of $780 now cost me $1022.60. Then I get my truck home to discover that they also stole my license plate frame and installed one with their name on it. Not only do I not want to advertise for this place, but the frame covers the entire bottom of the plate which just so happens to be illegal in the state of PA.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. New truck was super clean and washed to perfection. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They went over all the new features and explained everything very well. Even called on a trip i was taking and they walked me thru the steps ( very helpful). Thanks for everything. HappyGal!!!

This dealership is definitely the best experience I've had when buying a car. Every employee here was extremely friendly and helpful. Danyka was who helped me out with my car and purchase and was nothing but a delight, she is very honest about everything that goes on and actually cares about her customers. Ran over to Punxy a half hour before closing with my daughter and her fiancée. We test drove a vehicle and when my daughter decided she wanted it, Jeff and his team stayed late and worked with them through the entire process.
He even made sure the younger kids had some goodies during the long boring wait!

I was interested in a 2022 trailblazer, as soon as they got one in they contacted me and set up an appointment. The owner personally shook my hand, that to me was super important. The whole process was easy and the staff was great and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend them and will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Three days ago, I purchased a Cherry Red 2021 Silverado Z71 Trail Boss from Brackman Chevrolet. What a refreshing experience working with Geoffrey and his staff. I was referred to Brackman by a friend who thought highly of the dealership and personnel. Since my home in Wexford is some distance from Punxsy, the process began with direct phone calls and emails to Geoffrey. I had a basic idea of the truck I wanted but I had some special requirments as well. Geoffrey provided me with all of the uninterrupted time I needed to understand each of the available options and to answer all of my follow-up questions. The order was placed for exactly what I wanted. I had a 2011 Silverado to trade in and was given a very fair trade in offer. Acquiring my new truck was truly a "pleasant customer buying" experience. Geoffrey has a genuine, customer oriented, follow the "Golden Rule" approach. This was my initial opportunity to purchase from Geoffrey Brackman and his staff, but by the time I drove the new Trail Boss away, I felt as though we had known each other for quite some time. I speak from actual experience when I say don't let your distance from Brackman Chevrolet deter you. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle. You will not be disappointed. Wil Bennett

Just got back from driving away with my used car purchase and am very please with every step of the process. Every one of the staff are very professional. They worked through all my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate for my health issues. I don't normally give reviews, especially when it comes to new car dealers but I give them 5 stars because they deserve them. Rest assure that when you need a new or used car they will be the ones to call! Honesty is one of my most concerning factors and somewhat of a lost art today, But this company proved that it isn't completly dead and something they pride themselves on providing!

We were in the market for a larger three row SUV and Geoffrey and Brackman had a line on a 2019 Escalade. We were treated fantastically from the start of this transaction. From the first call where I spoke directly with Geoffrey, the owner of the dealership, to the financing, to leaving the parking lot. Needless to say we drove over two hours, out to his dealership and enjoyed every minute of the transaction. The staff treated us like family and we never felt any pressure throughout the entire experience. We will without a doubt look to work with Brackman on future vehicle purchases. Best car dealership around.

I have my oil changed and tires rotated here. The prices are fair. I have had good service and the employees are friendly. They do however need a printer for the < next oil change stickers.> They are just filled in with sharpie. It really shouldn't be that big of a deal. I have seen them, they look more professional.

I have bought my vehicles from this dealership since 1998. Now, buying my first new car as solo woman, I could not have been more pleased with the entire range of services offered to me at Brackman’s Chevrolet. Danyka, the salesperson, was transparent about the price, the loan process, and all costs that would be involved. The final price was as negotiated and I did not feel pressured. She went above and beyond the call of duty by patiently educating me on the new technology of the car. I look forward to using their Service Operations in the future to maintain this new car with the expert help of Cassie and Luke. Everyone at Brackman’s, as usual, is polite, knowledgeable and—above all, HONEST. Brackman’s actually DOES care about EVERY customer, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a fair deal.

Took my nephew (who had just gotten his license) to Brackman to purchase his first car - he has saved for years and researched what car he wanted. We visited several other dealers with the same model he wanted and a few things stuck out at Brackman:

1) Our salesperson (Danyka) was awesome! She took an interested in learning more about my nephew and interacting with him and answering all his questions - she took an interest in him as a person and wasn't just trying to make a sale. She was very knowledgeable and obviously excels at her job.

2) The vehicle - was by far the nicest of all the other ones that were the same year/mileage range. Brackman staff did a great job running it through the shop, detailing the car, and making it look brand new! No other dealer came close to the quality and look that they were able to accomplish.

3) Fairness and Integrity - when it came down to talking numbers the owner (Geoffrey) was very busy but also took the time to get to know my nephew and an interest in his first car purchase. Again, there was absolutely no pressure and after looking at comps and other similar cars we had seen Brackman was willing to be competitive in pricing and gave us more than a fair deal (didn't even have to haggle) - we all felt he got a great deal and a very fair price (which was important for a teenager making minimum wage!).

4) The whole process --- was in and out and driving home his new car within 30-45 minutes. To top it all off, he was given a 90 day warranty (none of the other dealers came close to that) - that showed they have confidence in the cars they sell and no worries on our end that the car would die on the way home and we would be stuck with a lemon.

Awesome overall experience - and a nephew that is beaming ear to ear with his very first car. I am sure we will be back!

Best experience ever. Jeff is a great person to work with. He is willing to do everything possible to make your vehicle buying experience a positive one. Bottom line- his price for my new truck was $1000.00 less than other Chevy dealers! His slogan "Chevy's cost less in Punxsy" is really true. Update- great 2018 truck 3 years later! 10.000 miles.
