I am in awe of this owner! He spent three and one half hours with me...helping me with a problem I am having with the original roofer. He explained the claim form in detail, reviewed what needed to be corrected, came up with a solution and was extremely kind. He has completed several roofing jobs for my neighbors. This company failed us multiple times. Came out for a quote twice..once in November which Linn sent over and we agreed with the price, signed the estimate. Scheduled 2 different times for the siding repair and waited for Diego to come by… he never showed up or called. Unreliable and wasted our time.

Needed a small repair for an area that only leaked twice in 30 years. Diego did inspection, identified problem and returned for 2 days to do excellent work. Left property clean and looking great. Time will tell about the leak, but no reason to think it hasn't been fixed. I will use them again.

Needed to have our roof repaired. Everyone else wanted us to file an insurance claim for a new roof. Denver Roof Pros did a fantastic job fixing all the damaged areas from a wind storm and took care of the hail damage too. We were able to get the roof repaired and not have to fight the insurance company on a claim for 9 months. Since we are selling we don't have that kind of time. Thanks for the job well done.

I had a pretty terrible experience with DRP. they replaced my hail damaged roof but it became my full time job to manage their staff through the process. Every time I asked them for information on quotes, scheduling, or onsite coordination they told me to contact a new/different person in the company. I think I talked to everyone that worked there by the end of the job.

My project manager threatened to come after me for supplemental costs that my insurance wouldn’t cover, even though my contract stated it wasn’t my responsibility on two different places.

They left nails and debris from the old roof in my yard and my neighbors yard.

They included window sill repainting and window screen replacement in my estimate. I agreed to remove some of that scope but they didn’t remove those costs from the final estimate and didn’t complete it.

Wouldn’t provide warranty documentation or proof of passed inspection until they had been fully paid out. They did provide that documentation after I fully paid them, but I did not trust them to do that given the disputes leading up to final payment. Part of the scope is to provide a warranted and inspected roof but they won’t provide evidence of that before they are fully paid.

I would not use them again.

The owner asked me to remove my previous 1 star review because they said my roof is good, and yet it leaked. He sent out a very polite person to "fix" the leak. I asked them to come inside to verify from inside the attic that they fixed the correct issue and they declined with confidence. Here we are again, the roof is still leaking on my new painted ceiling in the house I just purchased. The Lislsting Agent decided to contract this company for repairs before I puchased the home and now I have doubts about everything they've touched in the house.

Edit to add: Regardless of whether or not they were comfortable doing the job, completing abandoning people and not replying to countless phone calls and texts after signing a contract is completely unacceptable.

We worked with this company when we were under contract for our house to ensure we had a plan to deal with a concerning flat roof on our property. There was even money tied up in escrow that was meant to be paid directly to Denver Roof Pros because they are who the previous owner chose.

After closing, the crew came out to start the work and within 5 minutes realized there was an issue that should have been caught during the original quote process. They said they were going to look into options to help us and never followed through after multiple attempts to reach out before eventually fully abandoning us.

The quotes we got were a huge factor in weighing our decision to buy our home and whether or not we could afford repairs. It would be one thing if something came up during construction, but this wasn't a hidden issue and should have been known upfront. To make matters worse, we now have damage that we would not have had if their crew hadn't started pulling up some of the bitumen prior to abandoning the job causing water damage to the underlying wood.

The owner was fully aware we were first time home owners and trying to do our due diligence when we were under contract and the lack of care is truly appalling.

Craig and his team were extremely knowledgeable, took their time answering questions and actually filed the insurance claim for me following the hail storms. They were very thorough in the construction of the roof, even retuning to reevaluate the job they had done, highly recommend!

We had Denver roofing replace our roof over the summer at the suggestion of our realtor. The only smooth part of the entire process was the initial conversation from Craig that got us into an agreement. After that, through the entire rest of the process I regretted the decision to use Denver Roofing. Russell was awful to deal with, hardly ever responded, made promises that went unfulfilled, and the "scheduling" was never what was actually discussed. The installers broke multiple pieces of our siding and didn't even point it out or mention it, just glued it back together and tried to see if it would fly. Once I brought it up, it was addressed and partially repaired, but not until multiple weeks later after our realtor putting pressure on Denver Roofing. There is so much more I could include, but the point is the entire process was a nightmare and I would never use them again and certainly never recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.

Our insurance company was going to cancel our insurance if we did not get a new roof in 45 days. Denver Roof Pros was able to fit us into their busy schedule. They were able to finish the job with care and professionalism. After the job was completed we never knew they were there except we now had a beautiful new roof and our insurance company did not cancel our policy! Highly recommend!

The team at Denver Roof Pros were amazing. We were selling our home which had a 20 year old metal roof which was in decent condition. The new buyer wanted a 5-year roof certification in order to close, and it was challenging finding a roof company that would certify the roof. One company suggested that it needed to be replaced because of hail dents and fading due to the sun. No really. After three companies felt hesitant, I KNEW after living in that house for 6 years that anyone suggesting that a metal roof (no matter the age) was a throwaway was crazy. Enter THE Denver Roof Pros. They came out and did an honest assessment of what we’d need to do to certify the roof. More importantly, what was most important is that I knew that Denver Roof Pros would do whatever was necessary to ensure that the new buyer could have a worry free roof for years to come. They suggested replacing all of the metals screws which was a tall order. They replaced all of the pipe boots for any of the pipes coming out of the roof, and they did a new valley channel in a section that had given us issues in the past. It was sometimes challenging getting in touch with the project manager, and there were some miscommunications, but I just stayed on top of them to ensure clarity. Dean B was the expert who completed the work, and he went above and beyond. Overall, I would highly recommend this reputable and knowledgeable company.

1) You inspected the roof for me, and I requested the seller to repair the roof with your company in my contract with the seller. You told the seller that the five-year certificate is transferable. It does not make sense that the seller paid a five-year certificate, but it is not transferable to the new owner.

2) You did not complete all the repairs, per the estimate. I posted more than seven pictures, but google review only showed two of them. One example is that one hip and ridge tile. You agreed that one hip and ridge tile was in your estimate, but you forgot to repair and would repair it in September. Now is the end of October, and you never showed up and fixed the roof. I texted you about the repair, and you did not reply to my message.

3) Denver Roof Pros LLC inspected and repaired my roof, which means that they either did not do a good job on the inspection or did not do a good job on the repair.

4) If you are a responsible owner, why not respond to my text quickly and send a repair person to repair the roof. You have time to reply to my review, but you did not have time to respond to my message and fix my roof. Please TAKE ACTIONS to PROVE that you are a responsible owner.

Denver Roof Pros LLC is Denver Roof Pros LLC inspected and repaired my house in April 2021. Denver Roof Pros LLC 1)is very careless when they inspected and repaired my house. 2)They charged more than they repaired 3)The five-year warranty is a joke. 4)They respond very quickly before you pay them but very slow after you paid to them.

Denver Roof Pros LLC inspected and repaired my house in April 2021. I paid a five-year certificate to Denver Roof Pros LLC. I did not check their repair immediately after finished because they claimed they could repair roof issues within five years since I bought the five-year certificate. In September 2021, I found one rake tile was missing, and I did not see any tiles dropped on the ground after their repair. I called Craig from Denver Roof Pros LLC to fix it. Craig asked Brad Taylor to send me a quote of $275 to replace one rake title. They also said that the five-year certificate could not cover this repair. I checked my inspection report, and I found a picture of the missed rake title on the repair list and sent Brad a copy of the report. He checked the report I sent and told me they forgot to repair it and would send a repair person that week to fix it. It has been one month now, but I did not see the repair person come to my house. Brad also stopped replying to my message. He has no intention to fix my roof. I found several other significant issues in the inspection report, but they did not fix them in April. You can see these issues in the attached photos.

Our home was in the path of the hail storm on Aug 19 in Westminster. After being attacked by multiple roofing companies, I called my insurance agent Rich Seymour at Farmers and asked who I should use. He gave me Dean Booton's number and I called. Dean was professional, responsive, and he wasn't pushy. He came and inspected, and recommended a roof replacement. He did all the leg work, worked with the insurance company to get it all set up. On the day the roof was to be replaced, the Crew was there early in the morning, they were professional and worked hard to protect the house while the did their jobs. They did a fantastic job on clean-up and the roof looks great. Dean was there when the started, and came by several times during the day. Denver Roof Pros were great.

We were scheduled to close on a new home in two weeks, when a hail storm destroyed the roof. Denver Roof Pros made themselves available immediately to meet with previous owners' insurance adjuster. They were also able to schedule and complete all necessary repairs before our closing date - less than 2 weeks after the storm! They managed the entire project, engaging a vendor to remove and re-install our solar panels, painting, gutter and spout repair, etc.

Great teamwork from management (Craig), project manager (Dean), and back office (the incredible Tiffany)! We would definitely use these guys again in the future.

Update for summer 2023 - Craig and team worked diligently with our insurance to ensure all our storm damage was covered. When they couldn’t find exact matches for our skylights, they went the extra mile to ensure our new skylights matched with our house. Their ability to expedite our adjuster’s review, claim and install allowed us to replace our roof before our house was listed.

Craig’s team is the only ones who will be touching our roof in the future!

I would definitely recommend Denver Roof Pros. Our HOA only allows certain roofing materials, we chose the Tilcor CF Shake. The roof has a streamlined look, not "chunky" like many other roofs in our neighborhood. The install was just a couple of days and the crew did a great job. I paid out of pocket and the price was significantly lower than the other quotes I received. I'm very happy with the result.

Denver Roof Pros was super helpful in replacing my hail damaged roof. Working through some delays and back-and-forth with the insurance company (to be clear, these were the insurance company delays, no problems with Denver Roof Pros) -- Craig and his team were very responsive and always available to answer any questions via a quick text, email, or phone call. They came over multiple times to make sure the insurance company had all the info, photos, etc needed so the roof damage would be covered. When it came time to replace the roof, they sent a large team over that completed the work in one day! I'm very happy with my new roof, it looks great, and I am glad I used this company.

Denver Roof Pros did a great job on everything... we were so happy with the job and the price on the roof we had them also handle the entire project on our house, roof, windows, paint, deck and fence..... all of the improvements were done right, the price was right, the crews were all friendly and professional, the crews showed up when they were supposed to (unlike many contractors in this area) and Bruce Halloran that managed all of the projects was great to work with and his meticulous attention to detail assured that the jobs were done right... we highly recommend Denver Roof Pros for any job and we have already hired them for some projects on rental properties that we own.
