We have only great things to say about Dennis Moeller Custom Homes. When we were in the process of selecting a custom home builder, we walked through many homes under construction in various stages and took references on several builders in the area. Dennis' homes were beautifully constructed with quality materials and craftsmanship. His references were the best of all the others, by far. A common theme was he got things done on time, but the deciding factor for us was he was consistently hired multiple times by several clients. We also liked the fact that his contract was simple and easy to understand, with his fees clearly stated, whereas many other builders had very long, confusing contracts with weird and complicated fee structures.

We were not living in town during the first several months of our build, and Dennis and Corey were highly responsive to our calls and kept us in the loop with weekly updates, pictures, videos. We could call them at any time, and they would respond immediately. They would always tell me, "tell me what you want, and we'll do it." Whenever we experienced unexpected delays or issues (which inevitably occur, i.e., inspections, etc.), they came up with cost-effective and elegant solutions. Dennis also made suggestions on changes to a few architectural and design elements that ultimately proved to be better than the original plan. His invoice and billing process was timely and accurate.

Dennis and Corey kept our site secure and clean during construction. We are thrilled with the home they built for us, including a custom in-ground gunite pool and fenced backyard with exquisite landscaping. They provide a truly turn-key experience. Even after moving in, they have stayed in close contact with us to address punch list items and other requests we have had.
