During the November 2024 “Bomb Cyclone” our house was struck by a large tree, seriously damaging the house (exterior & interior) and the detached garage. Fortunately, the interior damage was limited by the quick roof tarping installed and maintained by Dedicated Roofing and Exterior Solutions (Duncan Long, Owner). We contracted with Duncan to be our General Contractor. He coordinated with his various teams, including carpenters, roofers, drywallers, painters and the mason to replace our destroyed chimney. Winter repairs are dependent on weather and temperature but Duncan kept us informed on each step.

The exterior work included first, repair/replacement of structure trusses, eves and siding, the complete rip off of our house and garage roofs, damaged ply board replacement, removal of gutters to ready for a new gutter system. Duncan's crew then installed a new Certainteed Landmark Pro™ roof. All new wood surfaces were properly prepared, primed and painted. Exterior preparation included masking the new gutters, windows, outside fixtures, walkways and landscape plantings to prevent overspray. The exterior painting of eaves and siding of the house and garage was excellent.

On the Interior, they repaired the damaged drywall ceiling & walls in our family room, breakfast area and guest room, matching the paint and texture perfectly. They treated all areas that needed repair, sanding and priming before painting. The crew took exceptional care to protect our home from the construction dust and debris. They laid a secure film on all carpets, covered kitchen tile with heavy paper and then laid tarps on top of both areas for added protection and to hold debris. They moved our furniture out of the way, covered it with plastic. They put up floor to ceiling plastic walls that surrounded the construction areas. The walls had zipper openings permitting them access to construction areas but limited and contained all the construction dust and debris. They made it possible for us to live in our home while the work was going on.

Without reservations we recommend their services. Duncan kept excellent communication with our insurance company, documenting all the damage and repairs to satisfactorily complete the claim. Most importantly the workmanship in all areas was excellent, as was Duncan’s and Dedicated Roofing and Exterior Solutions crews’ communication regarding methods and timeline.

If you want the most honest roofing company for the best deal you should go with this one! There are a lot of bad contractors out there and fancy looking companies that will charge you an arm and a leg for the same services! Don’t fall for their marketing techniques! This is the way to go! The company came in and put in a ridgeline on the roof, replaced multiple baffles in my attic, and cleared the moss off my roof. They were very professional and did an amazing and clean job of everything. They were honest and upfront about what was needed.

Outstanding service. I highly recommend. We had the team out to clean our metal roof. Previous folks had just blown debris off with leaf blowers, but Dedicated Roofing came out and scrubbed down the roof. They also gave us honest assessments of the state of the roof. Hands down the easiest experience I have had with a contractor to date. We called with an emergency roof repair on our garage. We received a speedy response and they were able to fit us in the following week. SUPER clean and professional. I couldn't be happier! I was badly overdue for roof and gutter cleaning. Duncan was wonderful to work with from the estimate through job completion (plus follow-up to make sure we were still happy). Pricing is competitive so I expected an average outcome. To my surprise, the workmanship was truly top-notch. Much more meticulous than the last big roofing company who cleaned the roof. I wish I took before/after photos. The house looks new again! I don't leave reviews often, but this gem of a business deserves recognition.

Duncan did an excellent job removing several years worth of moss from my roof. He also sealed my leaky gutter corners and made sure none of my down spouts were clogged.
