I requested a quote for roof inspection and cleaning from ACN roof. Alecio came to our house and carefully checked the status. He did check the attic to check any leaks from the top roof, and throughly walked over the house to check any leaks or issues. I think the price is reasonable and very competitive. Following up the inspection and cleaning , we repaired the roof over front door. It was very satisfying and he even repaired minor leaks from gutters altogether. Downspout Blocked: I found ACN on Thumbtack app, contacted them on a Saturday and received a response within an hour. Made an appointment for the following Monday and they arrived exactly on time. It looked like my gutter was overflowing when it rained, so I thought the downspout opening was blocked. It turned out the gutter cover slot/opening needed cleaning instead. They took care of the problem and flushed the gutter to make sure it functioned correctly and cleaned up the area.

My neighbor was having his roof cleaned by ACN and I went over and asked for a quote. He got up on my roof and immediately gave me a very competitive quote. Couple days later he did the work and I could not be more pleased. My roof had a lot of tree debris on it as well as a lot of moss and lichen. He got it all. Took about 9 hours to do it right rather than the 6-7 hours he estimated up front. Best part was the end. I had a gutter leak and he asked if I wanted it fixed. He blew the water out, hand dried it and the patched it and tested it with a bucket of water. No extra charge and it all done with a smile. There was an embedded nail in the roof that he sealed to prevent future leakage as well, even though all he needed to do was clean the roof and gutters. I recommend his services. Also, advice to future clients. He uses venmo and zelle for payments.

Great job! This guy is pretty good. He dedicated 7+ hours cleaning up my roof and gutter, spreading moss control powder. He identified a roof damage and helped repair it temporarily. He washed the sidings and windows as well as cleared the debris around the house.

ACN did excellent work. Our roof had lots of moss growing and covered in pine needles after the fall season. They were great at communicating and were prompt on the scheduled day. They cleaned the roof and gutters and applied a moss repellent. There is a before photo included. The roof looks brand new now.
