Also did a complete pack out of my contents and brought them back

I just had an amazing experience working with DEAS Builder and Remodeler. The detached garage on our property was severely damaged by a fallen tree limb. They pretty much had to rebuild it and they just did a fantastic job. They were so easy to work with and just wonderful … couldn’t say enough good things. Chris Martin (no relation to the singer) came out and gave us a quote and was incredibly easy to deal with and incredibly professional. Bryan George was the superintendent for our job and he was awesome as well. All of the members of their team were incredibly professional, friendly, and hard-working. Their process and pricing was totally transparent and fair. They were great! Highly recommended!!

Jamie was a joy to work with in my time of need,and is extremely trustworthy. She and her team handled my possessions with care. Her helping to guide me through this process was such a relief!

There was a person on the corner of J Clyde and Jefferson 08-03-24 around 11:15am who looked down on their luck and it’s 90+ degrees outside. The employee of the company gave them some money for a meal and gave them an ice cold water. Great folks.

This was my second time choosing Deas as my mitigation/remediation/repair contractor. I had a pipe that started spraying water inside a wall that ruined the drywall, flooring in the kitchen, and the hardwood flooring in the foyer. The folks at Deas did a wonderful job from start to completion. Tom N. And his crew did a great job repairing all the damage done as a result of the leak. Tom was always available and on task. Blake J. and his crew were the first on scene shortly after I called for help. Blake and his crew came in and did a great job getting to the root of the problem and securing the source of water leak. They did an excellent job tearing out the damage and prepping the areas for Tom and the repair work.

The repair work and flooring were accomplished with very little rework and completely to my satisfaction. There are some hand marks on the flooring adjacent to the kitchen that I believe will be cleaned by mopping. Other than that, I am satisfied with everything. Tom Niles, Deas project manager, was very attentive and helpful with solutions in some of the non-standard areas.

I experienced a fire right before the holiday. This is the best company I have ever worked with! I really appreciate this company so much! They made everything so smooth and easy! Because I have used Deas before, I called them again when I had a catastrophic water issue in my kitchen. Long story short, the Deas personnel came in and removed the flooring down to and including the subfloor and all the lower cabinets. Fortunately, it was determined that the fronts of the cabinets and the countertops could be salvaged saving me money; a blessing since State Farm would not support the claim for damages. All the personnel I worked with were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and demonstrated high standards of professionalism. Blake Johnson, the Mitigation Manager, and his team of Jamie Lucy and Rob Douglas, were exceptional. They were focused and worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the mold damage and prepare the area for the production personnel to come in to do the renovation. Outstanding among the production team are Tom Niles, Terry Richard, and Russ Grimes. They worked tirelessly to ensure the work completed was first rate. Tom especially showed professional concern for quality work throughout the project. If you are lucky enough to have the above people do any work on your house, you won't be disappointed!

I used their service for insurance mitigation. I had water damage in my home due to a pipe busting. The team was amazing. They were prompted, professional and clean. I appreciate their empathy and consideration of my time and property the most. I would definitely recommend!

On September 2, 2022 we had a very traumatic house fire. Deas was out there that evening to assess and help in anyway they could. For the next few weeks I had the experience of working closely with Blake and Jamie, going through our personal household contents. It was very emotional and I wouldn’t have gotten through it without the support of Blake, Kurt, Rob, Reggie, and of course Jamie. Jamie is a very special and intuitive person and held my hand the whole way. She is definitely irreplaceable and went above and beyond to ensure I was doing okay. Without her and Kurt’s support and friendship this past year would have been more unbearable than it was. Eternal gratitude to my new friends.

They started August 15th and they finished October 3rd. Everyone was nice and personable. They repaired my AC leaking that was in my bedroom walls and ceiling and in the bathroom vanity and walls. They drywalled the bedroom walls and ceiling and the bathroom where are the Benji was pulled out. They reinstalled the plumbing and then install the new vanity and sinks they did an excellent job.

I had a small water loss and deas was the best! Communication was on point and the job was done in a timely manor! They explained the entire process to me and made everything go smoothly. This is the company to call for your insurance claims.
