My elderly, trusting, mother-in-law hired DB roofing for a countertop job back in December, 2024. He took almost $3,000 from her upfront, and only finished half the job. I had to take him to small claims court, which I won, to get back some of the money. He had 30 days to pay, and we have yet to see a penny and refuses to except any certified mail. He was full of lies and excuses in court as to why he didn’t finish the job, but luckily the judge saw through this and awarded us the money. He took advantage of an elderly lady that didn’t know any better and trusted the owner, and then tried to smear her name in court. Today I sent the judgement to collections in hope to recoup some of her money.
Dusty was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. The crew that replaced our roof was fast and capable and did a great job. 100% would recommend and will use them again in future!
Replacing a roof and gutters always stinks, but Dusty and his team made it as painless as possible. They did a great job with the roof and cleaned up extremely well when they were finished. They were quick but thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The gutter guys were also very efficient, friendly, and professional.
