The owner was very thoughtful in the estimate and design of my gutter. I had no questions on what I was paying for and how my gutter would be set up. That lady that left a 1 star was just having a bad day and is likely an only child. This business is top notch and professionally run.

Had gutters replaced with screens about a year ago. Professional and timely. Accident dented a portion of the gutter and the company fixed the issue quick. Great company. Quality work.

They WILL NOT return phone calls. They told me who to get to clean my gutters out, then they would come and install the screens. That was apx 2 months ago that I paid $160. to clean the gutters out, preparing them for the screens. I have called several times and when they would answer the calls , told me they would be out. Never showed up and now won’t even answer. I ask to just let me know if they didn’t have time, to please let me know . When Dan worked for them it was much better. Terrible customer service.

Had estimate done in July still waiting..was told last week in September they would start with a phone to set hard date..no call, not even one to say they couldn't make it. No email..nothing..wanted to use this company based off the good reviews, but the company has not shown they deserve those from my experience.

I received my estimate in the first half of June. It's now August 17th and I was never able to get a start date. It was a back and forth phone tag situation for about month and he told me one Thursday or Friday that he'd let me know the upcoming Sunday when they could get started on my house, which never happened. In mid-July, a woman from the company responded to a voicemail I left and said it would be a few weeks, but they'd be in touch, which also never happened.

A Quality, LOCAL company! Super professional! Chance, the owner, responded quickly, came by the day after I called to gave me an estimate. I have a special trim on my older home that left my old gutters drooping forward, causing them hold water all the time. D&B noticed that and they installed special brackets to make sure stayed up, nice and straight. My old gutters clogged all the time and dumped water on my porch, Chance recommend leaf guard, and I haven’t had any problems since! If you have any of the same problems I did, D&B Gutter is who you need to call!

We are very happy with the gutters D&B installed for us. We had a slight problem with one section coming loose, we called the office in the morning, the guys were out here to take care of the problem before lunch. We highly recommend this business. They are honest, efficient and stand behind their work. They are also the most reasonably priced company we found.

You never think you are going to need gutters. However, the house we purchased did not have many gutters installed. We went in thinking gutters are going to be expensive and time consuming. Dan came out and gave a us a reasonable quote for the installation of new gutters and how he could alter and fix what was remaining on the house. The customer service here is great. Installation was fast and painless and the work looks Great! Would definitely recommend to friends and others.

If anyone ever needs gutters installed, Dan is the man to call. They put new gutters on my new house 4 years ago, awesome work from start to finish and very good pricing. What is amazing is that I contacted him on his Facebook page about a very small issue I was having with water going over my gutter during heavy rains that I thought might require some additional parts. Dan responded back in a very timing manner to my house mail and even came out to my house to make the repair which is about 8 miles outside of Lawton. I was willing to pay for his materials and service but he said no charge. It very hard now days to find someone that will stand behind their product and workmanship and dang sure almost unheard of to do it 4 years later. I highly recommend D&B gutter, AWESOME customer service and a good honest man to deal with. Thanks Dan
