Dayspring Restoration of Helena

After some crazy low temperatures over several days last week, there are burst pipes all over Helena. I’ve been put on a waiting list for water extraction on my carpet so I can’t leave a review for their cleaning service, but I wanted to leave a positive review because I was treated with much kindness and sympathy for my plight. Anyone who has been trying to line up a plumber this past week might be able to understand how much a professional and compassionate response means, even from someone who can’t help me right now.

I can't say enough good things. Joey and William were very friendly, professional, understanding, thorough and went above and beyond to do a fabulous job! Their managers, John and Yvonne, made this job so easy to schedule and get an estimate for. I highly recommend Dayspring for your cleanup needs.

Brock and his team were prompt, professional, and on time. We had equipment in the house for about ten days after a newly installed dishwasher leaked through into our finished basement. They always called 20 minutes before they arrived to make sure we were available and got in and out quickly and respectfully. I definitely recommend them.

Brock responded within an hour of my call to DaySprings Restoration. He was in the area, stopped assessed the damage, drove to Helena and returned with the equipment necessary to remove the water and dry out the affected areas. He spent many hours that first day assessing the damage, setting up the equipment necessary to mitigate the water damage and assure there was no mold. He either personally worked on the damage or oversaw the demolition crew for the 10 days following his initial visit. Joey from Great Falls that did the demolition with his crew was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what was going on as the demolition was happening.
Brock was professional, knowledgeable and available whenever I contacted him with questions or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about this company and particularly Brock who represents Dayspring Restoration well.

Update! Project completed! The delay was definitely NOT on the part of Day Spring! Super crew on our project from the demo to the end details. Claudius was responsive and kept in contact with us throughout. Tyler was fabulous - from making suggestions about options, to completing those last final touches. He also kept in contact with us to keep us up to date. And Mark helped us navigate the insurance side. Can't say anything bad about these guys!

When our basement got flooded, the Dayspring crew came immediately and started drying it out. They came every day to monitor the moisture and keep the process on track. They worked directly with my homeowner's insurance representative so I did not have to pay that bill. Then Claudius, the construction lead, repaired and resurfaced the drywall to perfection. He worked on it every day for five days and now it is ready for paint. I am so relieved to have had this professional service. It looks great.

Dayspring managed our water damage mitigation and repair from beginning to end. The team was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. Tyler and George did a great job installed new flooring throughout our basement.

Dayspring Restoration came out and helped with our sewer backup in our home. They were timely and respectful through the entire process. I can’t thank Harold enough for talking with me through every step of the process. He took the time to address my questions and was was very polite. We will definitely use Dayspring again!

We experienced the dreaded leaking wax seal on our master bath toilet. Water escaped into the master bedroom and crawl space. Dayspring was very responsive. The initial walk through and estimate was handled by Mark Caprara and he immediately got his team to our home to begin clean up and removal of damaged items. The lead technician on the clean up/demo portion was Harold Lesh. Harold did a great job leading the team and getting the job done. They showed up every day on time and cleaned up well after their work efforts were finished each day. The reconstruction was done by a technician named George. He was on the job in a timely manner and very responsive to our requests for a little extra work here or there if we saw something that we thought needed extra attention. All in all, they got here quickly and their work effort was solid. I would use them again. Since this is my first experience with such a firm, I have no idea if their prices are reasonable, but they seem so to me.

Our house was damaged by a fire and Dayspring was there immediately. They explained the cleanup and repair process thoroughly and was in constant contact. The staff were very professional and took care to restore our home to its pre-fire condition.

If you need work done quickly, Dayspring is a great choice. They are super responsive and prompt. Very professional and clearly prioritize client communication. Unfortunately, I’ve had to rely on them for a couple of water mitigation and restoration projects but they made the process much easier than it would have been.

The professional staff at Dayspring Restoration in Helena did an exemplary job with repairs after water damage from a leaky appliance ruined flooring and sheetrock in my home. I called and literally 45 minutes later there was a small crew assessing the damage. They were friendly and very detailed in describing their process, the costs and what I could expect, so that there were no surprises. They took care of everything, including working directly with my insurance agent and a couple of unexpected repairs. I was able to make a few adjustments and they handled my requests without hesitation. Thank you to all for your professionalism and quality work! We had a shower drain back up and Dayspring Restoration was able to get a crew to our home that same morning. All of the employees did an excellent job, but Claudius in particular did a perfect repair of the wall. This included replacement of drywall, taping and then texture. I initally contacted Dayspring Restoration of Helena in the midst of battling with my insurance agent regarding if my septic line coming apart and spilling waste water/sewage into my crawlspace below my house was a result of homeowner neglect or a sudden act that would be covered under insurance. Mark and Zach agreed to come out and look at the breakage and contact my insurance agent to confirm that this was not homeowner neglect. They put a plan in place to clean and mitigate the damage. The crew that they sent out to complete the work were great, very friendly, hardworking and punctual. They showed care that the job was done correctly. In the process of cleanup, they accidentally broke a water pipe and Dayspring Restoration paid a plumbing contractor to come out and fix the pipe, after hours, that goes a long way in my book. Their high quality work made my family and I feel a lot better about living in our house again, post-disaster. I would have no qualms recommending them. I just hope that I don't need to use them again....not because they aren't high-calibur, but because I don't want anything like this to happen to us again. Thank you for a job well-done!

My friend has smear marks all over her doors & walls. Also she have to retrieve her belongings they took to clean at their facility. Which she was told they would return to the resident. The final cost was doubled between the time she sign the contract for half ads work. Overall they're Shady.

We hired Dayspring Restoration to complete the mitigation and restoration of damage caused by a water leak in our home. Never have I met a contractor less concerned with schedule. They would show up for a couple hours a day at most and then leave. We were told that the mitigation and repairs would be completed in 6-8 weeks. It was nearly 15 weeks before all said and done. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of one, is because they were friendly and were able to restore the home to its original condition. If you are looking for home repair/restoration and care about timeliness, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

It was taking forever for Dayspring to get started on the damage done to my house over the winter. Once Nolan Bousman came on board my job final got rolling. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and answered all my questions and concerns. The job was done three days soon then anticipated. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you Nolan and crew for putting my house back together.

Both Dale Rogers and Alex Bolanos were very thorough. They came as fast as they could the night I called.
They checked every day to make sure the walls were drying out. They sprayed the walls with an anti-microbial to make sure no mold developed.
They were friendly and very good to our animals.
They didn't always call in advance to let us know they were coming, and seemed frustrated when we weren't home. I did talk to them about it, and they called after that. One morning when they were there, I heard sawing downstairs, so I went down to see what was going on. They were cutting out some sheetrock, so I told them they needed to let me know, so I wasn't caught off guard. Homeowners have a right to know in advance when someone cuts into their walls.
When Dayspring came, we had to sign an agreement saying we would use their contractors to replace the carpet pad and replace sheetrock, etc. We were told we would receive a call. After a few weeks, we called to ask when the contractor would call, and Pam said we were on the bottom of the list. When we called again to ask if they would even call to schedule, we were told they don't supply contractors. What? We finally received a bill, so I made a payment. Today, a lady called and asked me to tell her about the payment. It was weird. Instead of just coming right out to say they don't take payments, she fumbled around asking me to tell her about it. I listened and finally asked if what she was saying is that they don't take payments, and she said that was the case. She asked if we received an insurance payment, but we didn't because it is ground water. In the end, I said I will find a way to pay in full.
Today the billing person called, clarified it was me, then went right into a spiel saying they were going to put a lien on our house, so-if we sell it, they will be paid. She wouldn't stop talking, so I had to interrupt her to get her to listen. Wouldn't it be easier to take payments than to go through the process of putting a lien on our home?
It was an emergency, and I don't think most folks have cash on hand to pay immediately. We now have the money which I told her, then she said I had to promise to drop it off tomorrow. So rude, that one.
Dayspring needs to hone their professionalism; managerial training wouldn't hurt either. Also, don't make customers sign a contract, then ignore it themselves.
We will never use Dayspring again!

When our washing machine caused a flood in the basement, Dayspring did an amazing job! Not just getting everything dry and avoiding costly sheet rock demo, but they also handled the insurance and everything else involved. They were here within 4 hours of the initial call. Total A team players here!. Brandon even came over and helped me get my car unstuck from the snow when he showed up to remove their equipment. Special thanks to Brandon, Zach, and Steve. When we had an emergency at our office, after business hours, Dayspring was there within the hour. Very prompt service and quite professional. We greatly appreciated their knowledge and how to deal with the situation promptly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Comapny! It is no wonder why they are preferred by my Insurance company. I called my USAA to start a claim, they got in Touch with Day Spring and someone was in my home on the SAME DAY, assessing damage and letting me know how the process works! Dayspring Restoration of Helena arrived within hours after I called to ask for help after a hot water tank burst and flooded 2 floors of our home. They went to work right away doing what had to be done, removing baseboards, drywall, insulation, and even a ceiling that were all soaked. 23 blower fans and 4 large dehumidifiers were set up and dried out our place quickly and efficiently. Those guys worked hard to get the job done right.

When our septic system flooded 6 weeks before our sons High School graduation party and we had 30+ people slated to be staying in our house for a week we were very pessimistic that anyone could get our house back in order in time. Duane and the team were very helpful and took every opportunity they could to complete our project. With time to spare we had the entire basement re-finished and ready for the family to arrive. Thank you Dayspring for helping us out. This is the second time I have had to call on them for their help and IF there is a third time... My first and only call will be Dayspring and Duane.

Dayspring has been with us virtually non-stop in the removal and storage of clothing and personal goods, furniture, family treasures and pictures. After nearly three weeks, the demolition of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, closets, hallways and more is nearing completion.

So noticeable and appreciated is the "can do spirit" of all the workers we've had at our house. Always we experience the Dayspring response of: "Yes, we can do that!" or "No problem!" and it always comes with a sure, positive tone in their voice.
