We had a roof leak. Called the office and within 90 minutes they showed up to complete the repair. Amazing!

I called Davis Roofing last week because I noticed there were shingles were sliding down our roof and a substantial amount of rain was in the forecast. I got a hold of Mike and said he would send a guy over in the morning. At 7 am the next morning, he called me up and said his guy would be on top off of our roof within 30 minutes. The roof was repaired within an hour and a half.

Davis Roofing did an outstanding job on our two roofs. They removed the existing layers of roofing, down to the hand-forged nails, replaced loads of bad wood from the original 1947 roofs, solved the problem where one roof was leaking due to bad flashing, and did it all in three days. Mike was the one person who diagnosed the problems causing the leak while he was estimating the job, which was very impressive.

Vanessa worked closely with the solar removal people and helped me get over some scheduling hiccups when the solar company was making things challenging. The removal crew was amazing. They took excellent care of our property and many plants. The place was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

The roofers themselves were a pleasure to work with and very efficient. They explained everything and answered all of my many questions. Nacho went out of his way to not only explain to me, but also show me how he solved the problems in the area that was previously leaking.

I gathered several bids before choosing a roofing company. They were close in price, but Mike and Vanessa answered all my questions and seemed to include everything in the price and explain where any overages might come from. In the end, everything was covered by the estimate except the bad boards, which we understood could not be known until the previous roofing material was removed. The board prices were fair and competitive and I feel confident that we won't have any problems down the road. On the off chance we do, I know that Mike, Vanessa, Nacho and the team will help us sort them out. We definitely chose the right roofing company! It was worth waiting for them to be available.

I could write all day about how great working with Mike and Vanessa was but I'll keep it short and sweet. They are very honest and up front about everything and very easy to communicate with. I needed some repairs beyond the estimate and I was scared to even see the total bill. They were very reasonable and just wanted to make me happy after a few issues with the original estimate. They did a great job and the 3 guys that did the work were the most professional and kind workers I have ever had. No question was a dumb question and they would just stop to help me with anything. The roof on my house had not been touched for over 40 years. The Davis roofing team showed up on a Tuesday and by Friday afternoon were done. A phenomenal job considering what was found under the shingles. Starter board repair, facia repair, and adding new vents with drip edge. All these repairs were discussed ahead of the work but I was happy to get the issues fixed. They worked to stay in my budget. They did an excellent job on the wood work repairs. My new roof looks great. I would recommend Davis Roof to everyone.

We have been using Davis Roofing for many years. This is a local company that has been around for over 40 years. Originally run by Bob, it is now being run by his son Mike. Mike is just as sweet as his dad. He came out to take a look at several areas of my mom’s roof. I had expected an estimate and then work to be done later. Nope, he dove right in and repaired all the areas right then and there. He spent a lot of time at her house. He takes pride in his work and really cares. After contacting three other companies to look at some leaks in the roof, Davis roofing was the only one who picked up the phone and quickly scheduled a time for a consultation. Mike was very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and we feel very comfortable moving forward with his recommendations.

Wow. I cannot sing enough praises about this company. Davis Family Roofing were prompt, professional, courteous, clean, quick, efficient, and performed the highest quality work. They completely stripped off my old roof in less than one day, quickly and cleanly. Billy and Jose were amazing workers. They then installed all new asphalt shingle which not only looks great but keeps my house cooler, lowering my energy bills. They removed the shoddy workmanship of the last roofers from around my chimney and sealed everything tight. All the new shingles, venting, and Solatube match the new tile perfectly. And Vanessa working the front office is always available for phone calls and questions.

When I had questions about upgrades that I had heard about from other roofers that I thought might improve my roof, Mike was direct and honest with me and didn't try to up-sell me as some of the other contractors did. Davis Roofing did a great job! I am very pleased with the attention to detail. I have a lower level roof and a two-story roof and both were roofed. I was kept informed with pictures of what was going on at all times. I was able to contact Davis Roofing by email and phone and get answers immediately. The cleanup was done daily and the working crew worked hard every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your roofing project. Davis Roofing also did roofing for my next-door neighbor and my next-door neighbor highly recommended them.

I recently had Davis Roofing replace my roof in anticipation of a solar installation. The quality of the roof quoted, warranty and the attention to detail in the quote as well as excellent explanations were the reason I chose Davis Roofing. The owner of the company responded quickly to her call. He met with her at her home and immediately made her feel comfortable. She felt he gave her an honest overview of the repairs needed and the timeline it would take to accomplish. He did not suggest unnecessary renovations. The job began promptly on the day that was promised. The workers were respectful of her property and conscientious about cleanup. Davis roofing was awesome. When we got our quote he was so honest and upfront. He explained to us we didn't need a whole new roof just the problem area. After six other estimates he was the first to be honest everyone else just gave quotes for the whole roof. The job was done quick and super clean. We had no problems. I'm very pleased with the job done by Davis Roofing!! The tear off crew were friendly & efficient. Mike & Javier listened to my concerns & explained everything that needed to be done. They're professional & proficient!! They did a beautiful job!!

They are a busy business so they probably won't be able to come out and replace your entire roof next day but they will be out promptly for an inspection/estimate/repair. Great people, great communication, and every interaction was positive. Called them a few times and somehow they knew who I was every time. Very fair prices and when comparing equal quotes they were even a little more affordable. Davis Roofing completed the job quickly after it was started and they treated the job like it was on their own home. They went above and beyond with their work, reinforcing any of the potential weak portions of the original roof design, and tucking the flat roof portion well under the adjoining peak. Even replacing the lower shingle to ensure the roofs longevity / weather resistance. They even clean every speck of their work up and if I didnt have a new roof, I wouldnt have even know they were there. Will definitely use them again and they are at the top of my list for any future roofing needs / referrals.

Davis roofing is the best, Good price ,they found issues 2 other contractors missed. They came out to tarp our roof, because of rain, while we were still on the list for repairs.
