This past week I had a gentleman named Jimmy come and service my heatpump. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was very professional, super polite and answered all my questions very patiently. He did a very thorough check of the heatpump, and on top of that awesome service their price beat all the others I had called when I was planning this. I am planning to purchase their Maintenance Package so I can keep my heatpump in good working order. Awesome locally owned company. Thank you.

Our furnace froze up on Tuesday(11-19-2024). We called Davis Heating and Air first thing Wednesday morning(11-20-2024) and Travis was out within an hour of our call explained everything that happened, what needed to be replaced and what he could do to help us, we gave him the go ahead to do it, he not only gave us a deal and a early Christmas present he also had his men Jason and James out here the next morning (11-21-2024). Jason and James walked us through step by step on what they were gonna be doing and got the job done by that afternoon. We highly recommend and definitely will be calling for any future problems! Travis, Jason, James and the whole crew at Davis Heating and Air thank y'all so much for everything y'all did and Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas from our family to y'alls.

All did not go as well as planned while installing a thermostat ourselves. I called Davis and within one hour Scott came to the rescue fixing a burnt out fuse. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the cost was extremely reasonable in comparison to the savings we expect. Thanks Davis Heating and Cooling!!

Just completed electrical job. Very professional crew of workers that completed all work, including securing all necessary permits, in a most timely fashion.

I was having a issue with my heat pump and Davis came out the next day and fixed it, I had a bad air handler fan motor and it was replaced, Daryl was the service technician that fixed my issue, he explained to me what was wrong, he didn’t get agitated or a get rude when I asked him additional questions, the part was in stock also it was fixed fairly quickly. I gave them 4 stars at first because of the price that it cost me but I understand that it’s a business and I had every right to say no, as a business I give them 5 stars, I don’t have any negative things to say about Davis Heating and Cooling, so if your as looking for a good company to call on try Davis. P.s I was not paid to say these nice things, it is what it is.

BEWARE of this company...Poor workmanship, damaged property without repair. When you try to discuss the issues, they give you attitude, block your number and send you to a collection agency. Hire these folks at your own risk. They will send inexperienced workers, waste your time, waste your money. You will have to hire someone else to fix the damage they cause and still be expected to pay full price for the pleasure.

We had some electrical issues and needed all need lighting on outside of house. Matt came that day to give estimate and scheduled for the beginning of next week.
He came, did everything and found another issue in wall and researched and fixed without quote changing. Super polite and friendly, Matt is a great electrician that can do your whole house.

I had an issue with an A/C unit. Davis was here within five hours of being contacted. The issue was fixed quickly and perfectly. Very pleased with their service.

We had an urgent electrical problem, not fire related, and we received an appropriate response. Matt came out that day, assessed the problem, assured us that we'd be safe until the work could be done on Monday by Chris and his team. Matt had told us on Friday what the most expensive bid could be so that we could be ready. Chris came on Monday and was able to do the work by hand, saving us a few bucks and they did a great job.
I have been their customer for many, many years, and, under the new ownership, the excellent service standards have been maintained. They are my go- to folks. Now they've added extra services to the original HVAC services and I'm really pleased.

Our A/C was not cooling. We were pleased from the gentlemen who took the call to the technican who came out. Jimmy Murphy was our technican, and he was very prompt, friendly and effecient and less than 30 minutes had our unit working.

Davis crew installed a high efficient heat pump with professionalism and craftsmanship (custom plenum looks great). Unit runs quiet and hopefully efficiently. Davis also installed an electric line for an ev charger. Nice place to do business.

We called Davis Heating and Air in search of a whole-house generator. From the very first moment on the phone all the way through completion they were honest, thorough, courteous, and professional. Everyone we worked with was friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. We will absolutely work with them again.

The miss scheduled me for 1 day, and I had to call to find out it was a mistake scheduling. We rescheduled, and the electrician came and replaced and installed electrical outlets. I wasn't aware that they would do the work right then. Good thing I rescheduled from the mistake schedule. They are pricey and not a local company near me.

Jacob came out and did a wonderful job of checking our furnace and giving us suggestions on things we can do in the future to keep our old house working well. He was on time, polite, and respectful of my home. We will be using Davis again in the future.

About a month ago, when Lynchburg experienced flooding, our basement flooded with about a foot of water and ruined the board and condensate pump on our new HVAC system. Davis honored the warranty on the system, while another HVAC company in the community refused to do so. They were efficient and quick to restore services in the middle of July heat.

Davis has been servicing our heating and air for 8 years! Over the years they’ve done some installation when we finished our basement, added an air vent in our kitchen, and did repairs as needed. Each time the technicians have been professional, on time and courteous. They go out of their way to get your AC back up and running when needed. We’ve been very happy with their service and plan to continue using them!

Wow what an incredible company Davis Heating and Air is. The customer service with this company is impeccable. I called July 11th to schedule an appointment to have our unit looked at. She said they would be out July 12 between 10-11. Chris showed up in that time frame, diagnosed our 20+ year old unit as needing to be replaced rather than spending any more money on it. He gave us a quote on the spot for a new replacement, called the office to schedule the work and they are here today installing the new one. This morning a representative called from Davis to make sure we had been taken care of. This is what customer service is all about and I applaud Davis for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. They have a customer for life. Awesome awesome company
