David & Goliath Builders, Inc.

My wife and I built our home with David & Goliath builders in 2019 and I am so happy with our decision to build with them. After living in our house the past could years, you can really tell the investment in quality materials that was put into our home as it has withstood all types of weather and house guests alike. I really enjoyed being able to customize our home to our needs and enjoyed working with Ann, Dave, Andrew, and all the great crew members we came across. Goliath also brought us a pillow every time we were in the office (he's a dog, and also runs the show). All around great staff that were always able to help us during the process! Thank you again!

I purchased a home that was advertised as a “quality built David and Goliath home”. This was one of the reasons I bought the home. Biggest mistake ever. This home is a David and Goliath home as verified by the company and it’s a piece of garbage. I’ve had problems with the siding, basement, carpentry, electrical, pretty much every aspect of a house that you could imagine. Everything was built subpar at best. Shortcuts were done throughout the house. I’ve had problems with everything. I’ve contacted David and Goliath and their response was they’re not responsible for the contractors they hire to build their homes. Run from this company or expect to out of pockets major money to get it to a livable state.

Had the worst experience at the home remodeling show. The woman they had representing their company was extremely rude. She made us feel as though we were wasting her time. She practically dismissed us cause our project was not expensive or big enough for her company. I guess if you don’t have a million dollar home you don’t matter to them. Shame on you David and Goliath builders .

I have worked with a number of home builders and the experience I had with Ann Rodriguez and David & Goliath Builders was by far the worst experience. We purchased a parade model of homes back in 2009 and have had to file to mfg. warranty claims for both our siding and deck as the "maintenance free" material failed on each. D&G was extremely difficult during this process in assisting with paperwork or accepting any responsibility. They even told us the wrong color of the original siding which caused our home to have slightly different coloring which I now have to paint. I would highly recommend NOT using this builder.
