We’ve been keeping an eye for a used 4WD vehicle and my husband found a truck on cargurus. We contacted dealership first thing Monday morning and it was out on test drive. Hours later, Andy Cox, Salesman called and truck was back. We hopped in car and headed to dealership. We test drove and decided this is the ruck for us! Andy was efficient and professional and no hidden costs. This experience was an example of WHY to do business with family owned establishments that value their customer! I drove six hours to buy the 2022 Silverado high country 2500

A little customer service goes a long way.

Unfortunately, in my experience- I received very poor customer service at this location. I had sent a message to the dealership to inquire on an older model truck they had listed. With no response, I determined that the one hour drive may be worth it- as they had a few trucks on their site that were in our budget. ($20-25k range).

Upon arriving at the dealership, I spotted the vehicle on the lot that I had inquired about. Since it was seemingly still there and available, I went to the lobby to see if I could test drive it.

The gentleman that sat directly behind the reception area came out and asked how he could help me. I told him that I was there to see that vehicle to which he responded that it was sold on Saturday. Interesting that they’ve kept the inventory on their site AND the truck is still parked on the lot.

However, I shared with him our budget (knowing there were additional trucks that I could potentially look at while I was there).

He simply stated that they don’t have any trucks in that range and he’ll call me if they do. He didn’t bother looking at their inventory and giving any considerable alternatives or options.

Frankly, I don’t think that he cared about making any sales that fell under a certain price range. Which is unfortunate because we have outstanding credit and a pre approval from our bank.

I’ll shop somewhere that I feel like a valued customer.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Tried to get a trade number on my used truck 3 different times and each time I called they said they would call me back and never did. Then the other day I took off work so I could get the truck and figure out the trade number when I got there. But simply asked for a walk around video before I drove 2 hours and one salesman said he doesn’t know how to work his phone to do that and the other told me 3 different times that he would but never got a video.

My go to honest, top notch dealer. Paul at the service department is the most honest person you will meet. I’m glad to drive extra time to go here.

I was in the search for a pre owned Silverado. I ran across one on the Dave Kehl website. I made the drive to Mechanicsburg, and it was well worth the drive.

I got there at 6:30 when they closed at 8:00. They promptly got the truck and had me in it for a test drive. I got back to the dealership and they appraised my trade. They came correct with its value at their first offer. I had done my homework and knew its worth as I had been to another dealership. I inquired about warranty, and they gave me a great deal on it also. It was GREAT to work with one person beginning to end with one person. Not of the salesperson going back to his manager for approval. Seemed like I was dealing with the person where the buck stops.

My salesperson was Andy Cox. He made it a personable experience. While I have not had the need for service after the sale, I have no doubt it will be great.

But I gave you a try Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been part of 5 new vehicles bought in the last 2 years and I would say this was the most pleasant experience. I know there was plenty of room on the deal to throw in the running boards. That would have made me 100 percent satisfied but with that being said I feel like I got a fair deal. The approach of having one guy from beginning to end is awesome. No high pressure to add this or that. I only had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob I hope all your sales staff are as good as him

My family has been coming here since 2000. We’ve purchased 10 vehicles from here in that time. Today was my first time actually getting one for myself and Dave and the family are nothing but amazing. I left with exactly what I wanted. Purchased my first diesel and they took the time to tell me all about not just the new tech but the engine. This is a family dealership that will never do you wrong.

Don’t call here if you have intentions of buying a car. I reached out for the better part of the day trying to work a deal out as a cash buyer for a vehicle I was highly interested in and couldn’t even get the courtesy of a return call. The one time I was able to reach someone I was promised a return call within twenty minutes, that never happened, called back two hours later as I had voiced I needed to come over first thing to trade and drop a check and a return call was never made. I appreciate I am an out of town buyer but, again I really wanted the car and had cash in hand ready. Not sure why my business wasn’t good enough? I feel after attempting to communicate five times and making three emails I have them a fair shot to connect.

1000 percent recommend going here and speaking with Andy if you're looking for a vehicle. This was by far the best truck buying process I've had. Get pricing on trade ins, great pricing on new vehicles, and Andy will do anything he can do to get you what you are looking for. I am definitely a lifetime customer after my first visit tonight. Arrived at scheduled appointment for oil change way early (like 7hrs ). On a Monday morning. I was wrong about appointment time .Shop staff worked me in an out a short period of time. Very satisfied

You fixed the problems that this truck had and there were many, the price and labor was reasonable the staff was very helpful and I want to thank you for all you have done for me. Problems resolved.

I have continued to come back for routine service even though the service department is really bad. Today was the last straw—I will not return.
I had an appointment for a regular oil change—I made the appointment a week in advance. I sat and waited for 2 hours to be finished. HOWEVER, the only reason I got checked out when I did was because a separate employee stopped and asked if I was waiting for something, then went to check for me. Sure enough, my car was finished! Who knows when the man from the service department would have come to tell me!!
This happens nearly every time I come in for service! Taking care of customers seems to be the least priority for the service department. Management of the service department is just really, really bad.
I won’t be back.

Very helpful stayed late to get me in the truck I had been looking for,for months. Jake was down to earth and honest about everything. The fact there wasn’t a ton of extra “fees” added to the price of vehicle will for sure have me driving the 2 hours back for our next vehicle purchase.

We went back there for our second free oil change since we bought the car 6 months ago. We enjoy the small town atmosphere, and we can go there late in the day, go out to eat, and thn come back and pick up the car an hour later. The people there are always ready to help and very accomodating; not to busy to chat, even the owner is personable and accessible.
