So the reviews listed on here are written from his own employees. He used foul language with me and the gutters fell off of the house 1 month later! He forced my home owner to sign an agreement stating that if anything happened to the gutters that he was not liable. James Miller the owner wrote his own review!
I hired them to do some work (pressure washing, gutter cleaning/maintenance), gutter repairs on a horse barn, and gutters on a doctor's office building and a house (the latter two are both 150+ year old buildings). They were very friendly and careful to ask questions and warn me about any potential damage that could even possibly occur due to the nature of the work they were doing. They were also careful to maintain historical details, and seemed well versed in this area. Very professional, thorough, and careful with their work. If something was even slightly askew, they redid it until it was absolutely perfect and the job was done right (this is without any prompting, they all seem to take a huge amount of pride in their work). They also worked around the office schedule. When they were at the office during work hours, they were very courteous about noise levels and very considerate of those entering and exiting the building. They completed the jobs in a timely manner. Both places looked like new when they were finished! Couldn't have been more pleased with the job they did!
I met James through a friend who recommended his gutter service. He was very friendly, funny, and had a positive demeanor, and very honest. I needed work done on my gutters and was looking for the best price. James was honest enough to tell me what I really needed done and gave me a veteran's discount on top of already being the lowest price. The crew showed up on time, were professional, very polite, and all seemed to really enjoy what they do and had a great chemistry throughout the team! I have since had James come back to do other projects and continue to tell everyone to call James for a Damn Good job!
