I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse and worked with Joe Battles. Not only was he down to earth, the finance manager Jerry worked quickly to get us through paperwork and between the test drive, applying for financing, and getting paperwork done it was all less than 3 hours. Super easy to look at cars online. Didn’t have to commit to anything, I could just look as much as I wanted.
While I was there, I was not pressured to buy. I was given the chance to look at the cars that fit what I wanted. Once I found the car I would buy, Joseph took care of everything. He filled the gas tank and contacted a glass place to do some repairs of chips in the windshield. I would not hesitate to go back when I’m in the market again!

So after a terrible experience at a dealer in Ankeny, I found Joe At Dale Howard in Iowa Falls.

Went to Gabus Ford in Des Moines and was put through the typical say anything to get you through the door. Took off work to get the truck and when I arrived they changed the deal and asked for more money down. Fed up with being lied to my wife and I called Dale Howard.

Reese was our contact with Dale Howard. We told Reese exactly what happened and explained to him our exact needs (payment we can afford as well as our down payment) and he met them to the T. In less than 2 hours we were out the door with the keys and Reese never once changed our stipulation on the payment or tried to get more money from us.
