City Builders was great! Dwight did a fantastic job of informing us as to what our window options were, and what the process would be once we selected a product. Justin and the guys did a great job with the installation, addressed any variables with us, and gave us options on how best to move forward. We love both the appearance, function, and low maintenance of the new windows, and are sure to recommend them to all who will listen!

Original windows didn’t seal well and let air through. New windows have great r value and keep all the inside temps where they are.

The team from City Builders did an incredible job installing our new sliding doors. From the professional estimate, to the delivery and installation - these Builders know their stuff! Now, 3 months later, we could not be happier with the quality of the doors as they are used multiple times a day for our family pups!

We did a few projects with city builders. The first was our bathroom at the old house. Then we did a sunroom and blinds. We had a sunroom at our old home as well and really wanted to have one again. We love the room! The building process was fine and went smoothly. We also needed a new blind for our big living room window. We decided to go with a motorized honeycomb blind and it’s working great.

This was our first project with city builders. We heard about them through google and friends. We decided to get new windows because the last ones were very old. We needed energy efficient windows and a new appearance. There were no issues with the project and everything went great! We are very satisfied with the project.

This was our first project with City Builders. Our original siding was over 30 years old and had some rot issues. We found City Builders to update our home with vinyl siding. We enjoyed working with Al. He was very informative and responsive whenever we needed him. The crew worked hard, even sometimes on the weekend! Overall, everything went great and the exterior of our house looks brand new!

We had city builders replace all our windows. They met with us and listened to what we wanted. We had two windows that were rounded at the top and they were able to square them off with no extra siding or drywall needed(just need to get trim up). The project only took 2 1/2 day s to complete! They were very careful to cover everything from floors to walls to protect them. The crew was at our house at 7:15 each morning. We love how the windows turned out. We appreciate that they did everything they said they would. Thank you for helping us find the perfect new windows

I used to have a very old sunroom from the late 90's and lost it in a house fire. The old sunroom was a 3 season room with all sliding glass doors, instead of windows like it is now. We loved the old room but didn't like that we couldn't enjoy it all year round. With our new sunroom we upgraded to 4 seasons and add a ptac (Heat/AC) unit. If you are thinking about getting a sunroom I highly recommend adding both these options. Yes they cost more but it makes a world of difference. We spend almost every night in our sunroom and the heat keeps it beyond comfortable.

Our installer was Jon and he was great. We had great communication and he was always keeping me updated on what the next steps were. Our sunroom project started the day we brought our newborn home from the hospital and the sound of the construction wasn't loud at all. Jon also knew we had two dogs and made sure to clean up every night so they didn't get into anything or hurt themselves.

The only service I wish Denny would add would be finished flooring. We previously had worked with BK Flooring to do our floors and had them come carpet the sunroom. It would be nice if this was part of the sunroom packages or they could connect you with a local flooring company to install immediately after the room was finished.

We had City Builders put in four new triple pane windows. It only took them about three hours, they covered our floor and their work area out side. They cleaned everything up and hauled it away. The workers were good at answering any questions and friendly.

Numerous issues with four season room and deck. Sliding doors are awful to use and lock. Personal injuries from this. Still no final inspection. Posted some pics on City Builders facebook page. I have called and emailed Dennis numerous times. Installation was poorly done, lack of knowledge on how to properly cut for things to line up. Will never use this company for anything again.

I worked with Annie recently to replace the window coverings in my new home. I cannot express how professional, punctual and wonderful working with Annie was. Everything came out perfectly - from install to finish. Trust Annie with your needs - she will take care of you.

We had a vague idea of wanting a patio/sunroom built on to the south end of our house and contacted Denny at City Builders. I am so, so glad we did. He helped us plan what would work best for our space, and we ended up with an absolutely perfect sunroom, extremely good construction and quality, everything we would have wanted if we had known what we had wanted. The builders were exceptional and got the job done quickly and with remarkable attention to detail - there were several things that we were impressed with them going above and beyond on (for example, a somewhat tricky rerouting of the gutters - they easily could have done it the more obvious, simple way, but instead took some extra time and effort rerouting them in a way that will be more sustainable in the long-term). A small problem after construction was addressed and resolved very quickly. Completely top notch, locally owned company. The sunroom is something we are going to enjoy for a long, long time. I cannot recommend City Builders highly enough!!

We heard about City Builders from a former City Builders employee. We had our siding, gutters, and front door replaced. Not everything went as scheduled with the work but when everything was done I was very happy. The presentation to pick out what I wanted for the house was very easy, he had everything laid out and was ready for me to pick out which made it convenient to know what I wanted. They were backed up do to storms and hail and I wish communication would’ve been better during that time period. Overall I’m very happy with the look of the house and how everything turned out.

My wife and I had City builders replace our front door and all 22 windows in the house. We heard about City Builders at the home show in February, we got tickets from our realtor. We contacted about 16 different companies to do estimates with and we chose City Builders because they had everything we wanted for the most reasonable price. They got rid of all the old windows, cleaned up after themselves, had a lifetime warranty and didn’t have to do anything with the trim on the house which saved us a good deal of money, we were very appreciative of that. It was about a 4 day job and we went with the composite starmark windows. It has already made a huge difference and we can finally open our windows with a great deal more of natural light. Thanks to City Builders for helping my family out!

We love our windows from City Builders. Employees were very polite, and we appreciated the cleanup job very much. They were right on time, for how early it was we were very impressed with them being on time. We had issues with the front window and Dwight came out and made it work wonderfully. My husband and I compared other estimates and were very pleased with City builders. We are excited for our siding coming up with City Builders this spring!

I made the choice to go with City Builders after being referred by friends that their cost and product was both efficient and durable. It has been about two winters since I have had my windows put in and I am very pleased with the work. The 7 downstairs windows and the 10 upstairs have been very energy efficient. Luther and his crew did a great job. The crew did a exceptionally well job communicating and cleaning up after their work.

City builders has done flawless work over the years for us on upgrading our windows to adding windows, giving us an a amazing four seasons room to adding gutters, and soffits. The windows in our kitchen have really changed the whole room and has brought in so much natural lighting. We are in love with our four season room as it is well insulation and makes it easier to enjoy the winters! The gutters now have covers and makes it less of a hassle knowing we do not have to climb on to the roof to clean. Soffits have added a nice clean touch. The clean up after all jobs done was greatly appreciated it. We couldn't be more satisfied with City Builders quality, communication and efficiency.
