Came in the early evening, removed a bird nest in a vent, replaced the vent quickly. Was a a pleasure to deal with.

Manny is amazing! I swear there’s nothing he can’t do! He’s fast, efficient, trustworthy and even cleans up his mess. He got me out of a bind this week and I may have told him I love him!

Manny did an amazing job replacing a fairly large double pane window. He was informative every step of the way, courteous and professional. My roommate who does construction (but not windows) even said he did a great job! He will be #1 on my list to call if the need arises in the future.

A great team willing and able to tackle whatever. I found them to be smart, trustworthy, professional and friendly as well as very reasonable with their rates. I’ve hired them several times and will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

Aliyah was very kind and friendly. She was easy to talk to when I had questions. I will definitely be following up for more projects in the future.

We had a really bad experience with the company. They clearly took on a bigger project than they had the ability for and regularly made false promises. They often ignored messages and had frequent no shows. In the end delivered subpar work that mostly has to be redone by other professionals, and incurred damages that will require substantial repair or replacements. They didn’t have an employee for months, and hired a help later on who appears to have no prior experience despite selling us on their in-house employees and expertise. We believe only 10% of the work was complete after we patiently extended almost 2 months beyond the original estimated timeline. Watch out for lofty sales pitches and communication red flags.

Edit: The owner is claiming things that are not true, and it looks like a narrative was invented to shift the blame to the victim. Increasing the value of their work only after they demonstrate poor craftsmanship and breach contract seems like an odd justification. They still owe us thousands of dollars per contract terms, and upwards of $12k if you include the damages incurred. We wish they were transparent with us about their abilities, and didn’t string us along with false promises for 5+ months. Agreed, they appeared to be learning on the job. In retrospect, we’re not sure if they have taken on a full remodel project before, given the amount of botched attempts and disorganization. We have been traumatized for months living through the consequences of their actions.

We hope the best for them too, but want our money back.

I would not recommend Daily Service Solutions and had a very challenging and stressful experience. After paying them 50% labor plus materials for a full kitchen/living room remodel, the project stretched from an estimated 3 weeks to 3 long sleepless months. We are left with very little to show for it and irreversible damages (our poor house).

They delayed the start for 1.5 months with claims they wanted to give our project “undivided attention.” They officially started on 5/31. After living without a kitchen and living room for 3 months, the final outcome consisted only of a completed demolition and minimal work, most of which is not salvageable and will require redoing.

Project management and communication was a nightmare. A clear schedule of work was never given with frequent no shows that stretched from days to weeks. When they did show up (rare), on average were here for only a couple of hours, mostly just one worker by himself*. We were left in the dark about project progress and our messages were regularly ignored. Thankfully we started documenting after many no shows. We only wish we had pulled out sooner instead of repeatedly falling for their false promised work to be done.

As for workmanship, pictures will speak for themselves. Drywall was patched with noticeable cracks and heavy texture (one section was haphazardly filled with mud only); cabinet painting showing heavy bumps, holes, bubbles and chips; carpentry was built to wrong dimensions among other issues. Other than demolition, all work they started has to be redone by professionals. Over $2K of materials and supplies were wasted. It was evident that attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality result were sales lip service.
The most stressful part - the project resulted in damages to our property that were not addressed or rectified. For example, our cabinets and appliances were left outside without our knowledge and many are permanently damaged (cracked, warped, mold infested). We are now forced to pay out of pocket for extensive replacements/repairs.

What's most frustrating is that despite breaching our contract, as of Friday September 8, 2023, Daily Service Solutions still has all of our money. The contract clearly outlined the scope of work, most of which was left incomplete or never started. We are left feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

In summary, this was an extremely negative experience. It started with a ton of sales pitch fluff, most of which was never honored. For example, there was so much talk about spraying paint in a closed tent and in the end things were hand rolled with zero prep work and cabinetry was painted outside in the open air.

I would advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution.

Manny solved my problem of getting my new satellite panel up on my roof. I am not comfortable on ladders and roofs anymore but Manny was able to mount the unit at the top of the roof and tack the cable all the way down to the opening in the wall in less than an hour. He also was able to give me a budgeting ballpark price for an interior room addition we are considering. DSS will definitely be my first call for work around the house.

Manny has done several projects for me that have came in clutch. He’s fairly priced, hard working and skilled. He even takes the extra time to teach me how he did it so I can understand it.

Emmanuel has done several projects for us - install new flooring in the bathrooms, replace the toilets and bathroom fans, disconnect and reconnect plumbing as part of kitchen remodeling. Has always done a professional job - absolutely satisfied with his work. He is our family go-to guy for anything we need done. Very important- Emmanuel does not undertake work that he does not do well and will recommend a specialist if necessary. Would recommend him very highly.

Manny has been a huge help over the years. He did a total tear off and re-roof, remodeled my studio with a new bathroom and kitchen, removed a tree and many more projects. Recently he removed and replaced the roof soffit on my house. Not only did he get it done quickly the job looks great. He always comes through, does what he promises and does it in a timely manner. I will continue to hire him and recommend his work to anyone.
