I had a very negative experience also. Paid for a job but it wasn’t completed in my laundry room. I was charged to move plumbing and electrical but it wasn’t completed never moved - faucet never installed. Previously Alex twisted a fixture with his plyers and i had to have it replaced. He didn’t compensate for that. Prices high but quality of work was poor. He even sent a man to tile a wall and it was horrific. Too many tales to list but he went shopping with my credit card but the merchandise was not for me. To date he didn’t provide receipts.I had to investigate the transactions. Very sad

Alex is great to work with and all of his employees that got our roof done did great work and got it done in a timely manner. We would definitely use this company again in the future!

Alex and his crew did multiple jobs for me. My home needed a complete face lift and they filled my needs. From plumbing, hardwood floors, attic air ducts, carport removal and new gutters. They were fast,efficient reasonably priced, very professional and I am thrilled with all the work they did for me. I highly recommend this team for any needs you have on home services.

Alex did an amazing job fixing my sister's French doors leading to her deck and he saved me a great deal of money and I'm truly appreciative. Alex was very professional and as mentioned beyond helpful in helping me to save money on this project at my sister's house. Alex is an amazing and down to earth man. So is his project manager, Cory. Everything they do from start to finish is professional. I needed a project done for my business building to pass city inspection, and on such short notice Alex was able to pull the permit & build 2 sturdy/good looking decks that abide by the 2015 IBC code book in less than a day’s time span. Definitely will work with him again in the future!

Alex with Bio Clean was very easy to reach every time I needed him answering my calls in a prompt a professional manor. We had a mold problem in our crawl space due to heavy rains so I reached out to Bio Clean. Alex was very clear as to what needed to be done and how he was going to address the problem. Alex and his crew came out took care of the problem and we have not had a problem since! The house even smelled better once he did his magic in the duct work! I highly recommend Alex and his crew at Bio Clean!

Alex is a very intelligent and brilliant contractor. The way he carry’s himself and the business is exactly how an owner should. He sat down with me, came up with a plan that fit my budget and executed it with no questions asked. I would definitely hire him again.

I couldn’t be happier! Custom Home Services renovated the entire exterior of my home from the roof to the foundation and added a garage. Alex, Cory & every crew member were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me every step of the way. All of my questions were answered thoroughly & respectfully and the work was completed within my requested timeframe. These guys are experienced professionals. I really feel that they worked on my home as though it were their own.
They have a customer for life!

1 year later…. We had to pay someone else to finish the job we 100% paid for. Horrible experience

Wow… a response after 5 months of writing this review that was completely full of lies, however since it took weeks and months to get responses during the actual job, not surprised. No one ever came and did a punch list, we finally just told you not to come back because we had waited so long and were someone would be coming to complete the job which never happened. You left supplies and tools, oh wait, did you put that on the punch list too?? What a joke of a company.

Alex and his team are top notch! Whether it’s a laundry room or a whole house, Alex is the only one I call, in Alabama.

We sold our home and after inspection we needed several things fixed in order to close. Alex came out and gave a fair estimate. He even showed me how I could fix some of the smaller things myself. His knowledge of construction was impressive and he explained how he would be fixing everything which I appreciated. He did fantastic work and cleaned up. He even went above and beyond by noticing something extra and fixing it. When it came time to pay he charged me exactly what he estimated. I will never call anyone else when I have home repair/remodeling. Great work Alex!

I recently was looking to start a remodel for my main floor ( Kitchen, living room, dinning room, bedroom, and bathroom) that included new light fixtures, sink, and a lot of painting. I have been in my home for 10 years and have never done anything close to this kind of project. It was safe to say I was nervous. As soon as Alex came over and talked through the process with me I knew my home was in good hands. The project was not only done in a timely manner but with a high level of excellence and care. I had a vision going into this project and Custom Home Services not only achieved that vision but they exceeded my hopes for this remodel. I find myself still looking around just staring at everything in disbelief that this is my home. I am completely in love with how every detail turned out and will continue to use Custom Home Services for future projects; big and small.

Soooooooo grateful to have found this company!!! Super fast response and great price. Nothing painful about it. I deal with contractors and cleaners and various home improvement professionals and it is a real challenge to find dependable folks these days. They did a great job on my client's home and I look forward to working with them again.
