My review is to rate the professionalism of El’s Remodeling’s customer contact. I have not made a contract with this company, but, I am very impressed with my first contact. Miguel answered my inquiry promptly and our discussion was detailed and down to business. He treated me with respect and I was impressed with the professionalism of his business. One of my neighbor’s used El’s Remodeling for a massive deck job and is very well pleased. It looks terrific.

We consulted with Miguel about our kitchen remodeling needs. He was very professional and kind. He's great at communicating with you, which is very rare to find in contracting business owners. He seems to be a very honest and straightforward person who loves what he does.

Extremely professional and prices are very reasonable. Called for an estimate and he answered all my questions, made suggestions and wanted to know what was important to me. Even though my dream deck isn't quite in my budget now, I will definitely call Miguel when I'm ready.

I would highly recommend Miguel and his El's Remodeling team. The work I needed was done when promised and the result is excellent. They showed me pictures of the damage and explained the repairs. They cleaned up everything and took care of an extra fix-up on their way out. Good people!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! We gave Miguel & his crew a BIG list of projects, from building a new deck, screening in another and replacing BOTH front & back doors and they accomplished ALL of in under 2 weeks! And the QUALITY of the work went far beyond our expectations! Miguel even met the needs of our old, short and fat little dog by building him special little ramps for him to get from the deck to the yard! Really something special! So grateful to come across El’s Remodeling! After many failed attempts to get someone to answer/return calls or let alone to show up to do a small “ think out of the box” project in my kitchen I found Miguel. The project was exactly what I wanted. They worked with me regarding placements of the installs and the end results was beyond my expectations. Bonus points for being so nice and cleaning up as they worked. This OCD girl has a big smile on her face and excited for my outside projects with El’s Remodeling to begin…..post review after 24 hours and week later… NOT GOOD.

Miguel and his crew did a great job of adding a bathroom in our basement and new wood fencing for our yard. They do great work and they are always friendly and respectful. Prior to the work a site visit was made and a professional proposal was emailed when it was stated that it would. Terms were agreed to and work was done as described below.

El's Remodeling worked in 2 bathrooms, treating them for mold and removed parts of the ceiling and installed 2 new vent fan/ light combinations. Ceiling was repaired with sheet-rock and 2 coats of paint were replied. They did such a good job that we added to the list the painting of a complete hallway and stairs including the high ceiling above. They then painted 2 bathrooms and 6 doors. They also installed a ridge vent on the 2nd floor attic. All work was professionally done at a competitive price.

One of the things that makes this business different from most contractors I have attempted to work with is that the owner did what he said he would do and he performed the work when he told us he would. 98% of the small job contractors and many of the large groups are simply unable to tell the client the truth. Many time I have been made promises of proposal and visits and they never show up. Didn't even bother to call and say anything.

This business is not like that. On time and professional work is their standard. God bless them for that.

El’s Remodeling has completed several well done major jobs to my historic home built in 1928. The latest was to re-shingle the entire exterior of our home. The team used great effort, hand staining and sealing each shingle by hand. The team was very communicative. I always knew what to expect daily. The price was very fair and the end look is amazing.
El’s has also converted an unused garage into a second den for our home. This job included new flooring, sheet rock, recessed lighting and HVAC incorporation. Outstanding result as well. I highly recommend this courteous team of experts.
