Had a great experience with these guys. Britton came out and we discussed options to replace a massive 8x8 slider and turn it into French doors. He listened to everything I had to say and we came up with a plan. He kept me up to date and always responded to any questions. The doors came in earlier then expected and they came right out to install. It was a big project and the installers were fantastic. The job is just beautiful and exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this company! We will definately be using them again for our windows!!

We got a new roof through these guys, with Rob, and it was honestly a great experience all round. No sales tactics or overcomplication or making it overwhelming. Real simple chats on features, shingles and best items to go alongside. The new roof is clean and sharp and some great workmanship on there. Best ridge vents, drip edges and pipe caps. Rob helped us out getting total shingle damage covered and replaced. However for me it was the time and chats into understanding the whole process that was the best part. Roof replaced in one day, waited for the best weather with warm sun, with complete clean up into the afternoon.

This was a fantastic roofing experience! Rob was very straightforward and helpful; answered all our questions. The guys did a great job and our new roof looks great! I've already told several people about them.

We recently had a new roof put on our house by Culpeper, Window and Siding. We have been overall pleased with the work. The communication with Britton Hitt was excellent from start to finish. He was on site during install to ensure everything went smoothly. The crew did an excellent job and took care of cleaning up all debris at the end of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is the BEST COMPANY and PEOPLE I have ever had to do work for us. This is the second time we have used them. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism is unbelievable. The windows and door installers are top notch. Hats off to the whole crew that was at our house.

Came out to do estimate and we never heard from him. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called again about 6 months later. He apologized and said he had misplaced our information and that he would send it over or come back out if needed. Again, never heard back from him.

Culpeper Windows and Siding recently replaced our storm-damaged roof and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Starting with initial inspection and ending with the one-day installation of a beautiful new asphalt-shingle roof, Robert Kitchings expertly led me through the whole process, treating the project as if he was replacing the roof on his own home. He provided outstanding customer service throughout the event.

At the initial inspection, Robert identified significant storm damage and guided me to file a claim with my insurance company. He accompanied me when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage for the claim. He then thoroughly reviewed the line items of the settlement, researched Virginia code, and represented me to my insurance company to receive additional entitlements. His efforts and expertise saved me thousands of dollars.

The installation team also did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. They were on time, professional, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I will absolutely recommend Culpeper Window and Siding to anyone who is need of a new roof.

What an AMAZING COMPANY- I never trusted contractors but these guys are the REAL DEAL. They treat your home like it’s theirs and I can’t say enough about the personnel - they were kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their craft- they took the time to explain all the details and the were ZERO sleezy sales gimmicks - I will be calling them in the spring for my next project!! Paul worked with us to replace old sash windows in our historic home and they look fabulous. Crew was meticulous with handling the original windows and cleaning up all debris when they were finished. Highly recommend Paul and his crew.

To be fair, I did not hire this company but I am doing something unusual and giving a good reviews bc it says something about the company. i spoke to the owner bc I need something but the. guy (believe he was the owner) explained they had a minimum and told me a handyman could do what I wanted and I would save a lot of money bc any companies would either not want to come OR they would charge too much. He spent 15 min explaining what I need to buy and tell a handyman. Truly a kind person with strong ethics. Someone I would want to hire.

I had recieved a call back in regards to an estimate to be conducted. Tom and his wife came out did the estimate, and I never once heard back from them. I called and reached out several times and even left voicemails for a return call to confirm the offer and still never heard from them. I honestly hate to say this but it seems race plays a factor considering reading other reviews. Completely unprofessional!

Tom and his team were responsive and professional. We had a huge bay window that was leaking. It was replaced quickly and, even when they found boards that unexpectedly needed replacing, they were able to fix it the same day. The entire staff were friendly and polite and the price was competitive. I highly recommend Culpeper Window & Siding.

We’ve used Culpeper Window and Siding many times at our home. They’ve done all of our windows, our gutters and they’ve made some siding repairs. Tom and his team are always great to work with. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you Tom!!

Unfortunately with new ownership customer services are terrible. To fix a bad hardware on a very expensive door (hardware was replace by manufacturer) the owner wanted ro charged me $350 for the work. I picked up the hardware from distributor and installed hardware by myself within an hour. The new owner never took in consideration I spend thousand of dollars a few years ago fir siding, windows and doors.
I'll never recommend this place again.

Culpeper Windows and Siding were fantastic! The owners Tom and Tammy came to our house for an estimate to replace our siding, shutters, and gutters within days of our initial inquiry. They provided a proposal at the same visit and answered all of our questions. Professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They didn't pressure us to make a decision that day and even came back out again to answer more questions. We felt very comfortable with them so we accepted their proposal. Their crew began work a few days later. The crew was on time and worked hard each day, were friendly, courteous, and did a great job! The crew did a general cleanup at the end of each day. Cleanup of nails was very important to us and we were very impressed with their thorough cleanup of all material at the very end of the project. Very much appreciated. Tom kept in touch with us throughout the project and visited to ensure we were happy with the work. Great company to do business with and wonderful workmanship. We love the new look of our house.

I contacted Culpeper Window and Siding on a Wednesday morning, within 10 minutes the owner had contacted me and within another hour he was at my place of business to measure and quote my job. If that wasn't good enough, he started his crew that day and finished the next day. This was a 14,000 sq ft building not a residence. They were clean, quiet and did what they said...as a business owner in the same town that is all I can ever ask for from another business. 5 stars.
