Had a good experience with the initial set up with this company. They offered me a good selection of materials and got out to my house in good time after the materials were delivered. All the work was done in a day. They also replaced a skylight during the roofing process due to damage during replacement. The only gripe I had was nails coming through the soffits. The outside soffits have rusty nails poking through which I am having to clip off and use a saw to remove. Then I have to repaint or put another board up to cover them. I contacted Crystal clean about these if they are normal or if he could make them look better and he did not reply. I do recommend this company you just need to ensure that they don’t put nails through the soffits or it’s going to look really bad.
UPDATE AND EDIT: Robert who just took over the company responded to my review and immediately got in contact with me. There was unseen circumstances that cause no reply so no fault at all. The nails through the soffit I learned is by code and ensures the shingles do not come away from the room. With all this he came up with two solutions for me to get this fixed which I greatly appreciated and even came to home to inspect and give me these solutions. This is a good company with solid people running their business!
