These guys did a great job on our place! It's a two story house with a wrap around coverd deck. Not a small job by any means. They worked hard rain or shine and did a good clean up before they left. They also did my father in law's place with the same great results. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

We had a great experience with Crystal Clean roofing and the owner Robert Baker! I called Robert for an estimate on my home and shop and he was very prompt and personally delivered the estimate and went over every aspect of it. He even had me put on my coat and go outside and he explained everything they were going to do and why! I appreciated that so much!

The crew that Robert has was also excellent and they were very prompt and efficient. The Foreman would come to my door every evening just before the left and tell me what they had done that day and what to expect the next day! I appreciated this personal report and felt like they really cared that I knew what was going on!

Robert is easy to work with and very responsive! His team did a great job on a roof for work and worked super quickly. They got their bid in fast and were patient while our organization compared bids and approved the work. If I do a personal roofing project, I will be calling Crystal Clean.

First off The owner, Robert Baker, is friendly and courteous. He gave me a quote and stayed within what he quoted. Even when it turned out to be a little more work than anticipated. This was a plus being on a fixed income.

A big plus is they are local so it helps our local economy.

His workers were polite and friendly and worked at being as unabtrusive as possible. When they needed to tear off the old roof and not near the dumpster they laid tarps down over my flower beds so that they were protected.

When they were finished my yards looked better than when they started.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job on our new roof and gutters at a fair price. From our previous experience with him doing roof cleaning and repairs on our old roof, we knew that he knows roofing inside out. He makes sure things are done right at the start to avoid issues later on. His bid was straightforward, and he responded quickly to our questions. We were replacing the roof because of its age, not because of any ongoing or new problems, and so we were not in a hurry, but he fit us into his schedule within about a month after we finally selected a shingle color. We needed some help with that part, and he was happy to supply some photos of different roofs he had done in the various colors we were considering. Once the work started, the job was completed within about three days. Cleanup was excellent, too. We're totally happy about the whole job. We'd enthusiastically recommend Crystal Clean Roofing to anyone.

Robert Baker, owner of Crystal Clean Roofing, was very easy to work with. Our old roof was over 50 years old and every time there was a storm we had a leak and fewer shingles. The crew came in, each person knowing what their role was in the job, and in a matter of 5 days we had a new roof. The crew was pleasant and polite to all people that came and went with our house. Every day they would clean up the area and use a magnet to be sure there were no nails left hiding in the drive

I had a bad leak in my roof after a bad wind storm followed by nonstop rain in the forecast. I must have called every roofing business within a 50 mile radius to see if anyone could come out and tarp my roof. Most of the companies never called me back. Crystal Clean not only called me back but was willing to tarp my roof the same day despite the fact that I live on Camano Island and they do not typically service the area. On top of not being in their service area, my insurance company had a very specific way the roof had to covered with tarps and sandbags, none of the roofing companies were willing to do sandbags because of the high winds, but my insurance company wouldn't budge on requiring sandbags. Robert with Crystal Clean said he would be willing to do it, but finding sandbags proved to be an issue. Since we couldn't get sandbags, and nailing the tarp to the roof was prohibited by my insurance, Robert helped me find an alternative and walked me through my next steps. These guys went above and beyond every step of the way even though we weren't in their service area. To say that these are just good people is an understatement and I would highly recommend their company!

Bob was very responsive after putting a good roof on our house. When I had a complaint about one of our skylights. He came out right away, got up on the roof took a good look and identified the root cause of the problem which had nothing to do with the roof. I have huge trust in Bob and crystal clear and would vouch for his work anytime.

Outstanding Customer Service! This is an excellent company that stands by it’s installation. Extremely fast, well groomed crew of professional roofers and gutter installers. Roof on our 2800 square foot home done in 1 & 1/4 days! Kept our yard clean and tidy throughout! Gutter installation was done in 1/2 day. Truly remarkable. I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to install a new roof or to get roof cleaned since they do it right!

Robert and his team did a great job of fitting in a roof replacement due to wind damage. The bid was less than a few others I had received and his team got to work in just a few days. His team was quick, polite, and did a good job of clean up. The next week they were back out to replace the rusted out gutters and did another fantastic job.
