Check with your insurance company before cleaning your roof. Home Owners insurance does not cover damage from workmanship. Contractor liability only pays for the depreciated value.

I had my roofs cleaned (2) for $1,800 and month later had countless leaks. Now it's costing me an additional $15,000 over and above the insurance settlement to reroof the one building. Make sure you understand the risk and cost before proceeding.

We hired Affordable Rood Cleaning to clean a portion of our roof that was covered in moss and debris. They were quick to respond with an affordable quote, and the job was scheduled in a reasonable timeframe. We appreciated that they did a thorough job with no damage to the existing shingles. We also appreciated that they were concerned about safety and cleanliness. The process was explained in detail, and we knew what to expect before, during, and after. I’ve used this company on 3-4 of my homes and rental properties for almost 5 years now. Very punctual. Very fair and consistent pricing. Professional and clean appearance. Not sub contracted out. They send pics of before and after. Once you find a team like this to do this type of work you Stick with them.

We had algae, lichen and moss on our roof. I tried to remove it myself but soon realized I needed a professional. Affordable Roof Cleaning responded right away, providing us with a quote and a date to perform the service. They removed the black streaks along with the green lichen and moss from our house and shed roofs, then came back as promised for a follow-up treatment. The quality of their work is outstanding, I would highly recommend John and his crew. Thank you John!

Affordable Roof cleaning went above and beyond my expectations. They made my moss covered, black stained roof look like it's brand new. They also explained and showed me what they were doing step by step. I would definitely recommend Affordable to anyone needing their roof cleaned. An affordable price for an excellent job!

He kept me informed of the cleaning process along the way and finished the multi-staged cleanings as promised in his original quote.
