Crest was so professional and easy to work with from the get go. They set expectations well and finished our new roof faster than we thought it would take. I would use them again in the future.

My roof looks so good my HOA stopped harassing me and my neighbor tried to hire me. These guys showed up, crushed it, and didn’t even steal my ladder. 10/10 would let them climb on my house again.

Disappointed. Cannot Recommend.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Crest Roofing. Chris was initially responsive and great to work with. But the week of install things quickly unraveled. I was told the job—tear-down and new roof—would be done in one day. It wasn’t. The tear-down happened Tuesday, then the crew disappeared for three days, returning Saturday. Chris claimed my roof was a priority but stopped responding to my texts that week asking for updates.

A dumpster blocked our driveway and garage for six days, inconveniencing four adults in the home—all expecting a one-day job.

LeafFilters removed during tear-down were left loose on the roof. A windstorm scattered them, and when reinstalled, many had large gaps. I had to point out the gaps in the LeafFilters to the crew in order for them to be fixed, but I eventually gave up pointing them out. I also had to direct the crew on which roof vents to remove or keep—info I had already shared with Chris during a pre-install walk-through, that somehow didn’t make it to the crew.

When Chris showed up weeks later for the post-install walk-through, he minimized concerns and offered no real explanation of the delays, beyond saying it was their “busy season.” The delays, poor communication, and lack of accountability made for a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I hope other customers are treated with more care than I was.

These guys are amazing! They got the job done in one day and cleaned up the mess as well as putting the lights back in the flower beds!

Crest Roofing did a great job with removing and replacing our roof shingles. They were in and out in a day and cleaned up everything before they left. Rob and Chris were very professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
