The Crawford County lumberyard is so rude and Disrespectful the owner is so rude to people and it s to High to buy form them and and don’t buy anything from them guys Day off going under It seems like i go to Pittsburg if anything it’s cheap and I call the other day To see about a part, the owner cussed me out

Their lumber is good quality, and they deliver; however, the staff at the desk were rude and dismissive when they realized I didn’t buy my Pella windows from them. I didn’t realize they are a Pella dealer at all as they are Crawford County LUMBER. I am building a house, spent well over a grand already on lumber at this establishment and had intentions to spend several thousand more to finish my build. I was even there spending money the day of this interaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not need to be made to feel bad for not buying windows at a lumber yard. The attitude literally cost them thousands in business.
