I am thrilled by my experience with Clark & Co. construction!

My initial contact was quickly responded to by a phone call and email. Chad and Brandon came to my house at a time that worked into my time schedule which was after work.

We had a conversation about what my goal was with the door replacements - 6 doors and 6 sliders to closets. They made all the notes about the doors and measurements. We had a conversation about the style of doors I was interested in having in my home. They gave me feedback on an idea I had seen; their explanation of why it wouldn’t work in my hall made sense.

They understood what I wanted with my closets that had never been trimmed out; I liked their plan and it would look cohesive with the room doors.

They validated my ideas and helped me make a decision on the baseboards since I would not be replacing them throughout the entire house.

The next day I had an email with a complete breakdown of costs with the door choice I had made. I greatly appreciated their time in going to Builders Select and getting the necessary materials, costs, etc.

We had several emails looking at ways to adjust the quote since we were a bit surprised by the costs; at least I was shocked!

The emails allowed us to discuss different options and the reasons why the alternative ideas were not wise.

We agreed on the 6 panel doors and the finish we’d discussed.

I got an asking if the project could be done well ahead of their initial timeline. I was ready and the supplies were here.

They delivered the materials to my house on Monday March 6.

Chad and Brandon started on Tuesday 2/7. They were on time ( I was already at work and my video doorbell told me they were there); I had left a key for them to have access to my home.

When I got home I found all 6 of the doors installed and I think two needed to be finished being trimmed out on the inside of the rooms. The floors were cleaned of any debris. I received an email detailing their progress and the plan to finish on Wednesday.

On Wednesday I got an email indicating where they were on completion and informing me about the closet doors.

I called to discuss the issue and the plan to solve the issue; the plan will be completed on Thursday 3/9.

I love the quality of the doors and trim. I love the professional work and how the plan we discussed matches our expectations!

I look forward to working with Chad and Brandon again in the future as I hope to redo bathrooms and potentially my kitchen.

Chad and Brandon just finished up the first phase of a two phase project at our house. The first phase included a full kitchen gut and remodel and a reconfiguration of the main living area. They were very detailed in their planning and initial discussions. This allowed the project the get done in a very timely fashion and the cost was right in line with what we had discussed. We really enjoyed working with these guys and highly recommend. There were several items that came up that we had to pivot on (as expected with a house built in 1977), and Chad and Brandon were able to pivot and handle it like pros. P.S. in the pictures, the floors will get replaced after phase 2 of our project. Can’t wait for Chad and Brandon to get started on our addition!

Chad and crew put on new siding and all new windows and inside trim. They were a great group to work with. Always made sure we were aware of what they were doing and what would be upcoming. Chad is very quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend them for your projects.

We are in the final stages of remodeling our upstairs, and Chad and his team have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Chad is not only responsive, but is great at communicating all of the details of the project. Chad and his team are hard workers, that do a great job, and we would definitely recommend them for any project. We will definitely be using them again!

Chad and assistant worked hard to put wire basket shelves in a corner kitchen cabinet. They installed slides in another kitchen cupboard also. Love them. Had a couple of other small jobs done well.

Chad and his team were reliable and efficient with the project we had hired them for. They are excellent communicators and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cedar Valley.

Chad and Dan have done several projects for us. They work efficiently and their final product is always better than we anticipated.

Had Chad’s associate come and give us estimates on re-doing our deck and patio area and also helped us to fix some things we had wrong with our kitchen floor. Would highly recommend C.R. Clark & Co.

Chad and crew re-did our existing wood deck with trex. They did excellent work and were very timely. They did not leave us hanging like I see so many others doing. They worked solid days in a row and left it usable overnight in between.

Chad installed 5 doors two exterior and the rest interior. The black door to the bathroom in the basement did swing out, light switch is behind the door now because it swings in. Chads response, We had to frame that entire rough opening when we were there. Interior doors are sold as the swing is observed with the opening going into a room, no opening out into a room. I explained it was out before you installed the new one. Chad responded, No it wasn't either, it was black and we hauled it away for you. I explained, yes it was black the kids painted it with the black paint I purchased for outside the house.

The split door to the bathroom upstairs was hidden with tape, Chad said leave it on for 24 hrs. The next day I took the tape off and noticed the split in the door. Chad responded, that is the seam I was talking about but would get another door ordered when back from vacation. He did correct this problem..

The garage door is all open under it, they didn't get that one put in correctly either and it is not square, like most of the other doors are.

Chad also explained to me when he quoted the door replacements it was just as cheap to order the frame and doors together rather than replacing just the doors. The door coming into the house from the breezeway they took the door out of the new frame and placed just the door.
