Great service. David was prompt at estimating the cost and setting up a time that was convenient. There were no delays and he arrived on time and did a very thorough job. I cannot believe how clean our house and patio is. I highly recommend this business for all pressure washing needs.

Extremely pleased with David's services all the way around. His communication was next to none. He showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would do. The house looks great after being soft washed. David even cleaned the back patio which was a nice surprise. I will no doubt be using CPE for future needs as well as recommending him to anyone I can.

Had roofs cleaned at an apartment complex and a commercial building last week. David was very professional, went above and beyond (even pressure washed the front of some of the buildings that needed it at no extra charge). I can’t say enough good things. Needed old grimey pollen washed off porch, mold in other places, deck and back steps cleaned. The work was fast, david doing it all, incl moving heavy porch and deck objects. Efficient and effective, and David pleasant, competent, and dependable.

An excellent job, I had my roof and siding cleaned before our family reunion. We had 3 days before our party to get it done which I had told David, he immediately came to give us a quote which was very reasonable for the amount of work which needed to be done.
The next day he was there and spent almost 10 hours cleaning to make sure it was ready for us, he also cleaned our driveway and sidewalk for free because he didn't like how the house looked with a dirty driveway!
I highly recommend using this company for any pressure washing, house cleaning or roof cleaning you need done. David was very professional and friendly, our quote was detailed with everything he was going to do and he made sure everything would be done in time for our get together. The cleaning made our house look new.
David also came back the next day to check over his work, make sure he didn't miss any part of the roof and to make sure we were satisfied with the job!
I have had my house cleaned before but have never come across a pressure washing company which was this professional or cared as much about the results of their work.
