Want a place that shows up late and does a bad job well you can find it here. My friend tried to get her a/c fixed for the extreme heat that has been going on. She has kids in the house and they don’t give a shit about it. It’s been a week and it shouldn’t have to be. It’s your job!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. This company has been called out to one of my closest friends house multiple times to fix the AC unit and she has been without AC for about 5 days now. Nothing has been done, and there are kids living in the home. They are unprofessional, and seem like it is a burden when they are asked to do a job.

We have used their services for years but won’t be doing so anymore. During our most recent dealing with them, it took them three trips to our home to fix our heating system, each of which was very short but incurred a $75 labor charge. The first time they visited, they replaced a thermostat, thinking that would fix the issue. Shortly after they left, the system stopped working and we notified them of this. The second two visits is when they actually identified and fixed the problem. I’m not against paying a decent wage to the people that fix things in our home, but I do expect them to actually fix things correctly, and when they aren’t, I don’t expect to pay a full labor charge. They kept the first $75 charge on the $500 bill, arguing that it was my wife’s fault for misidentifying the problem. I see this as a lazy deflection of responsibility and it reflects poorly on their company. We have spent literal thousands of dollars in labor costs with this company over the years without issue, but now they just lost a loyal customer over a frivolous $75 charge. Don’t hire this company if you want something done right the first time.

I called at 12:30 pmmy AC wasn't working it was 78 I'm the house. The guys showed up in 2 hours in the busy season and got my AC workin quickly. Top notch guys

We called on a cold and snowy Saturday, during the Husker game. Roger was on a roof fixing a furnace, but he called back as soon as he could and came right away. It was warm and toasty in our house within a short time.
This business has never disappointed us!

Called and had a tech walk me through problem. We were able to quickly diagnose the problem. Set up a time that would work conviently for us and got the job done quickly.

It was when Cozad had his first real cold time in the winter I called them Roger and some other kid came and said I need a new panel for my heat I said OK what’s 700 bucks then they had another guy when it came in he came and put it on and it quit like that Friday night so it was cold in my house until Wednesday when he came back so they expected me to pay for three Service calls if they can’t figure out the first time I don’t know why I need to pay for three Service calls they should’ve been able to figure it out the first time when they came what was all wrong with it not a happy Customer at all

I don't even want to give them one star. Last time they came out was to get the hot water going he couldn't figure it out and left saying he would be back with another guy the next day. My dad came after work and fixed the problem. This time my whole downstairs is flooded. The guy comes out looking for the problem when I already told him it's from the rain I just need it pumped out. He said oh you want me to pump the water out? Yes that's what we need done he said he had to go get some other tools then said it's late 3:30. And he would be back next day. At 8 first thing well he never came or called. Why do they have to come back when their website says they are open 24 hours!!!!!
