Within 2 hours of when I called, Juan arrived and was very friendly and replaced the turbine quickly. He showed me why it broke and assured me the new one would last a long while.

After our area was hit by a severe Thunderstorm with high winds, baseball-sized hail, the neighborhood was flooded with roofers for days. I chose non of them but found Mark’s roofing company via Google as well as Angie’s list. Impressed by the unanimous praise and excellent ratings, I called Mark who came by within a couple of days. I was explained everything that needed to be done to me, and due to a couple of loose and missing shingle panels put me on the priority list. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and I had new roofs with high-impact resistant shingles on the house, garage, and shed for a very affordable price. He also replaced the box vents with turbine vents, and that really made a difference when I have to go up into our attic (storage) at the peek of summer. I no longer get punched down by stifling heat.
Mark will answer calls without and any answer questions and concerns might have. He’ll show up at the job site, he makes sure is work force has enough beverages to drink. All of them were secured by ropes during the time they worked on the roof. All workers were very polite, they did only start playing music after I assured them it was fine to do so. (Shout out to all roofers: I don’t know how you can do this job in the summer for such long hours. I’d keel over after an hour in that heat.) All shingles were fastened down by 3 nails instead of just 2.
Mark also arranged for Golden Rule Seamless Gutter LLC, whom I also highly recommend, to replace my gutters.

We had shingles damaged and rain entering our attic. I reached Mark early on Saturday, and they responded quickly to make repairs. We had a company come to look at our roof and they said we needed to replace it. However, after getting a second opinion from Covenant Roofing we found out we have a ten year life left on my roof, so it didn't need to be replaced. I’ve had several roofs put on over the years, but had never received such service and quality as with Covenant Roofing. Mark Brown made sure everything was on schedule, done right, quality products and completed it to my satisfaction. In a time when customer service is a thing if the past, that’s not the case with Covenant. We had a storm pryor to my roof being put on and it caused a leak. Mark came out just before dark one night and repaired it to hold me over. That’s what I call service! I had been experiencing some problems with my roof. Specifically, when it rains I would get leaks in various locations throughout the house. I notified Mark Brown of Covenant Roofing who came out immediately to evaluate the condition and status of my roof. Mr. Brown climbed up a ladder to obtain a thorough assessment of the roof. With the information Mr. Brown provided I was able to get a better picture of what I needed to do to prevent future leaks and improve the overall condition of the roof. I would highly recommend Covenant Roofing for any roofing problems you may have.

Hired Mark to replace wood soffit on 2 eaves. Had a very difficult time getting replies from Mark and coordinating the work. Roofer who did the actual work spent about 2 1/2 hours working then just left. No word. Nothing. Ladder up against the house and in the flower bed, his personal tool belt laying in a flower bed along with air nail gun, circular saw and a cut-off saw. Extension cord and air hose still strung along sidewalk. Trim and soffit he had removed were in the bushes, flower beds, sidewalk and in our yard. We had to pick up the removed soffit in order to mow. Called Mark and he said the guy left and would be back in the morning. Asked about the tools and he says the roofer mentioned not leaving anything out. So, I proceeded to tell him the above. He was surprised to hear.
The next day Mark does show up after the roofer got there and picked up all the mess from the day before. Apologized and seemed concerned and took $50 off the bill. Showed him some other soffit on our back patio that needs replacing and he was supposed to have another contractor reach out to me for an estimate. Nothing. He was going to invoice me for the soffit work which was paid in full. Nothing.
All I can guess is that everyone is so busy that small jobs aren't a priority.
