No one ever wants to smell mildew when they open their attic access door, and no one ever wants to hear that their roof is leaking. A new roof is a major expense, and it can be kind of scary to choose a contractor for a job of this size. With costs that can vary wildly, and quality/service outcomes that can do the same, finding the right company for the job can be a really stressful situation.

After getting bids from four local companies, we decided to go with Juan of Country Roads Exteriors. We chose him for multiple reasons; first, despite multiple companies looking at the job, Juan was the only one who noted a broken truss and lack of insulation in our attic space. I felt confident that with that level of attention to detail, that he would do a great job for us. Second, his price was fantastic. Not only was he extremely competitive with other roofing contractors in the area, but he dealt with our change order for unexpected additional sheeting and repairs in an incredibly fair way. The entire process was very transparent, and I always knew where things stood. Although there were a lot of unknowns with our particular job, I never felt afraid that there would be huge unexpected expenses. Third, Juan is very responsive and an excellent communicator. It was obvious right away that happy customers and a job well done are his primary goals.

Juan kept me informed at every step of the project, and provided fantastic workers for the job. I have put many many years into cultivating a beautiful garden around my home, and I was very nervous that there would be damage during the roofing job. But his crew was extremely careful about not damaging plants or leaving debris around my home. They also finished a day earlier than expected, which was such a bonus! They really went above and beyond.

All in all, I am so pleased that we decided to go with Country Roads. Juan is extremely personable and easy to do business with. He made what could have been a significantly stressful situation actually quite delightful. I highly recommend Juan and his team to anyone looking to have roofing and/or gutter work done. My house looks beautiful, and I am very confident that I won’t have to worry about the roof for a very long time to come!

To paraphrase Tina Turner "simply the best, better than all the rest". I feel blessed that Country Roads replied to my search for a roofer. Juan, owner of Country Roads along with his project manager, Alex showed up quickly, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable bid which I accepted. All of us were so lucky to have a period of no rain during the installation. I want to say that I have never seen such hard workers, often working from dawn to dusk. Very professional company. I would hire them in a New York minute!!!

I have a flat top roof on my garage that was leaking. I requested a quote from Country Roads and another company. Juan contacted me quickly and was out the following day. He gave me my options to repair the roof vs replacing it.
I felt very comfortable with Juan and his ability to take care of my roof. The other roofing company that came out had a lot more reviews and more history. Juan’s quote was less than the others and I felt that he was right for the job.
We were able to get scheduled fairly soon. Juan and his team showed up on time and did amazing work! After a few good rains, there are not any leaks.

Country Roads Exteriors is the best! They are an amazing crew that did an incredible job on my A frame home. The expertise, customer care and professionalism of Juan, Alejandro, Alex and the rest of the crew is top notch. They took great care to clean up as they were doing the work and communicated with me every step of the way. I even threw in a curveball and added some skylights to the project, and they were very accommodating. If I ever need a new roof, or any metal work done I will call them! You should too!

Country Road Exteriors was great to work with. They helped me troubleshoot a leak issue at no cost (turned out to be a solar panel installation issue). Once that was fixed I hired them to do some roof upkeep/improvements. They built us a “cricket” to keep water and debris away from the chimney, upgraded our exhaust pipe leak protection and repaired the roofing around the skylights. Excellent work and a pleasure to work with. Highly reccomended!

Juan and his team did an amazing job on our new roof! He was very quick to get back to me with a bid and anytime I had any questions which nowdays seems to be very rare for contractors! For the quality of work that was done on my house, the price seemed more than fair. Especially when compared to other bids I got from less reputable companies. The roof is still new so only storms and time will tell how good it truly is but I have 100% confidence I will have no issues down the road. I would and have reccomended Juan and his crew to many other since they did the work!

I cannot recommend Country Roads Exteriors enough! I had a roofer set in line and he backed up last minute and with the raining season hitting us really bad, Juan and his team came in to the rescue.These guys came within days and they’ve completely transformed my roof!! You’ll see the kind of work these guys do with the before and after photos i’ve posted here. These guys are quick, efficient, honest and above all value their clients.

Got a completely new roof, resheeted and shingled as well as new gutters. The whole process was seamless. Great price, scheduled the job quickly, the crew showed up on the scheduled date and finished the same day, it was obvious they really know what they are doing. I have used Country Roads Exteriors LLC for a few new construction builds now. I used to do all my own roofing and got to a point where it made more sense to hire that phase out. Every roof that they have done for me has been top notch. Their crews are very clean and courteous when on the job and they don’t mess around. What really impresses me besides their work is the fact that they always respond to my calls and are super easy to work with. I’ve recommended them to a few different contractor buddies as well as homeowners looking for a roofer and everyone has been super happy with their work. So if your a Contractor or even just a homeowner looking for a new roof, re-roof or any roofing repairs I would highly recommend them.

I was one of Country Roads Exteriors first customers. Juan was great to work with and his roofing crews are top notch. We have a 2000 sq ft home and needed a complete tear off of two layers of shingles. We also had some structural repairs needed and plywood damage. His crew had it completed in two days. The new roof looks beautiful and is perfect. We now have a 30 yr warranty which gives us a great sense of security. I would recommend them very highly.
