My outdoor air handler capacitor went out. Sat night. Sunday morning. I googled to see if anyone near me had one in stock. BAM. They did. By 11 am my ac is blowing cold again. Now I have a tech come out and tune it up. But if I had to do an emergency call for a tech on a weekend. It would have cost me a house payment for a $35 part.

Always very very helpful a young man by the name of CJ went out of his way to help me and was very professional

Three associates, including the store manager, came to my assistance when trying to make a purchase and the gift card equipment malfunctioned. They were so pleasant and apologetic. They solved the problem and sent me away happy. I love having this store in my neighborhood. They make me feel like family.

As usual you can get it at ACE. Service was excellent. We were passing through in our RV, ACE seems to always have what we need.

It would be very helpful if in the future the correct store hours and correct supply be added to website on a more frequently. There is nothing more irritating than to get to a store and they don't have the items they said they did and they have decided they want to close over an hour early. Wasting my time and my gas. This was strike two there is no three, they just lost a customer.

Nice store, very proud of the merchandise, because they price stuff very high compared to the ACE Hardwear store in Fredericksburg. The employees were lost in their own store. Asked for a brush to. Lean metal fittings, the youngman who apparently only knows where the coffee is , had a hard time finding anything we asked for. Took us to one lane for a brush, and I went to plumbing and found the brush. He was trying to sell us some steel brushes that weren't going to be any use in cleaning fittings and bushings. Asked about some lime away or CLR,he didn't know what it was. First, he told us he didn't carry it, but there it was in the cleaning products section. When you hire and Trai. The employees, as small as the store is they should know where stuff is. Apparently, this youngman doesn't do any stocking.

Wow I can't believe the prices... came in looking for something, couldn't find what I needed, but in the process saw how ridiculous all the prices were. Amazon will come in quite handy from now on.

Came back again... can't get a tool unless an employee unlocks something... only 2 around and no one could help me before I got frustrated and left... again... amazon

I work here lmao, but that does not influence my review. I usually come in for small hardware bits or bike parts and they haven't disappointment me yet, even before being employed here. I love and enjoy being around all my coworkers and it's always a super friendly environment that helps me greatly enjoy my job. I enjoy talking to and helping customers and am always happy to make someone smile, it's one of my favorite places to be even not on a shift. Great community if a little on the pricier side.

I go here when I need something quick and can't justify driving to FXBG. Prices are a bit higher and selection isn't always a strong suit but they usually have what I need or at least close.

It's much better organized since it got bought out, but still offers the same great close-to-home service and better options for everything altogether.

My wife and I will continue to get our little odds and ends here.

Great selection of tools, paints, plumbing supplies, and general hardware. The place is well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. The one major problem I've run in to several times is the lack of basic electrical supplies. I've been there on multiple occasions over the past 6 months looking for gang boxes (old-work , new-work, and low voltage), but was never able to find any. The bins are always empty and I was always told that they were on order. With other parts it's hit or miss. If I need one oval 15A outlet in white, they might have it. I could get the contractor pack of 25 outlets or I can get a single outlet in ivory, but that's not what I need. Same thing with basic wall switches. It's very frustrating.
