Love the way my house looks! They had a backlog of jobs, but they told us up front how long we would have to wait and they got it done when they said they would. Not surprised we had to wait; we had 3 other companies give us estimates and we were about to decide we couldn't afford it and then we stumbled on to Cool Temp.
Had a terrible experience some of the siding is lifting from the house. The gutters are installed improperly. They didn't clean up there mess ans srews everywhere. I called and they stated they would fix the problems but never did. I made several phone calls and it's been months and still not fixed. They agreed that it is the fought and there responsibility to fix it. If something was done wrong it happens but not fix there mistakes is wrong. Don't use this company they don't care.
We love our new windows and are very pleased with the work that cool Temp did. The guys that came out were friendly and respectful and they cleaned up after the work. We would totally recommend them.
