If you are looking for a quality contractor...look no further. Donnie Woodward and his team are all about quality at the right price. You may find cheaper bids...but you get what you pay for. Donnie's bids on my shop and my new addition to our home expanding our sunroom were cost effective for us without sacrificing the quality. The workmanship is definitely a pride factor for this company and I couldn't be more satisfied for the work this company did for us. They are honest and upfront on their projects and they are honest with expenses on areas that they might get into on their projects as anyone who is in construction understands. Meaning...there are always issues that may arise and this company shares upfront what could increase cost and I appreciate that in someone that bids a project. So many people today bid low and add on later and Donnie shares right up front what he feels may be needed so you can plan exactly what you will spend. That's gold to me when you are spending money so you don't get a low bid and they add all these cost in later. Honesty and experience is what I would say is this company's motto. The owner Donnie takes the time to sit down with you and go over every aspect of the job and he meets your timeline expectations. He's already done 3 jobs for us and He is the first person I will call when I need something in the future. 5 Stars is not an exaggeration. Construction Etc remodeled our kitchen and main floor living room. They installed new cabinets, backsplash, appliances and a huge center island with more cabinet space. Tile was placed in the kitchen and wood floor in the living room and hallway. They also added a walk in closet near the front door and hung barn doors in front of our laundry center on the main floor. Construction Etc is easy to work with and gets the job done timely and cleans up after themselves. We are very pleased with their quality of work!

Construction Etc built our 2 car detached garage with an extra storage loft above and we asked for special sloped edges along the floor inside and they did a great job with that as well!! Donnie and his team also vaulted the ceilings in our historic home creating beautiful rooms! Removing the old lathe and plaster was a messy job but their finish work with bead board and trim was worth every bit!
Donnie has also been super with my real estate clients and interior design clients, working with them on estimates and remodeling projects.
