The lady asked me a lot of questions for verification just to tell me call your property manager and when I asked why go through all the verification if you know you'll tell me to call property manager if I wasn't asking for any customer information that requires verification and she was a little rude at first saying it's policy but the she close with thank you for feed back I don't believe it's policy I believe she need to be retrained.
I have been attempting to work with Conservice since July 18th to have my trash bins replaced. The initial responses I received were curt and dismissive, even implying fault on my part for not having my name displayed on the bins. As a woman living alone, I find that suggestion entirely inappropriate—I will not be labeling my trash bins with personal information, nor should I be expected to.
Since then, I have emailed the assigned representative four separate times with no response. Silence is not an acceptable form of customer service. If there is no update, I expect to be told so, rather than completely ignored. I have worked in customer service myself for over 40 years, and I would never disregard a customer’s request in this way.
My most recent message clearly stated that I would escalate this matter if I continued to be ignored. This is that escalation. I have now been without a functional trash bin for over a month, and this delay is completely unreasonable.
Please respond immediately with a clear explanation of the status of my request and when I can expect resolution. The handling of this situation so far has been egregious.
Horrible company! They literally have forced reliable employees out without severance. It’s only to outsource to China for cheap labor. It’s absolutely disgusting how the Team Leads and HR DO NOT care about the employees who have been with them for years. It’s beyond gross based off of these comments how dishonest they are with the customers too. How is this company still standing??
