If you want a good apartment experience, go somewhere else. Commercial services does not care about their renters. We had our window fall OUT of the panel from the second floor in March and they still did NOT fix it - even after we moved out in June. They're rude, unprofessional, and honestly pretty self absorbed. If you call them they put you on the back burner, tell you they don't care, and will never get back to you - even if it's important.

Commercial services was able to get me into a one bedroom house for $650.00 a month and a majority of the utilities included. No, it didn’t come with all the fancy bells and whistles but it was perfect for what I needed, super affordable and I still made it cute. I had to call them out twice for issues with my water heater. They responded very quickly and fixed the issue ASAP and even replaced the water heater surprisingly fast. I was truly impressed with how they handled my maintenance requests. I had to end my lease abruptly due to moving states for work. They weren’t thrilled, but I did get a partial refund on my deposit which I wasn’t expecting at all. Wouldn’t recommend to everyone but would rent from CSI again.

Do Not Rent from this company! Very rude and unprofessional. Do not expect to get your security deposit back. Stayed two and a half months - had to pay $125 to have carpets cleaned, $40 to replace a light bulb that was burned out when I moved in, $40 to change the locks after I moved out. Then I left them a brand new tv (because theirs was so old) and they charged me for leaving it there!! And charged me because I didn’t have it professionally cleaned when I moved out! This company reflects horribly on a nice town.

Don’t rent from here. Susie was rude and hard to communicate with. They took most of our deposit for minor cleaning and a broken refrigerator door. When we moved in the apartment was dusty, stunk, the toilet was clogged, and the refrigerator door was already broken. We moved out 3 weeks before our lease was up, she put a lock on the door and ran up a huge electric bill leaving the baseboard heaters running after move out. Misty the front desk employee was kind, but don’t expect it from anyone else that works here. Never again.

Do not rent to this people!!! This lady name Susie is so rude, my husband uncle’s rent an apartment to the and they us me as a translator, one day I call the office to report the problem of a stove that was not working right and she yell at me and told me that she don care what they need!!!

Their front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional, and condescending. I've been trying to find a way to submit a complaint to the higher ups, but the only email on their website goes to the front desk. If you call them, don't expect help, or sympathy, or empathy. I was simply trying to determine if the 2 sketchy looking strange men in my backyard were from the landlord to do repairs, or if they were 2 random men stealing stuff out of my yard. Receptionist who didn't give me her name acted like this was the most unreasonable question she's ever been asked!? She was extremely rude, and condescending. Next time I'll just call the cops, she can talk to them about random, unannounced strangers in people's yards and why that would be a concern to a female all alone in the house.

This os a horrible place to rent from. With re t paid they still found bjllshjt charges and are kicking my son and I out on the streets before winter Xmas etc. I don't understand how these people are still in business never have I been treated so awful in my life

DO NOT RENT!!! This company is horrible. They are SLUMLORDS!!! They are quick to take your money however they are not quick to respond to emergencies. My children have reached out to them on several occasions and their responses are so unprofessional to say the least. My kids began their new journey with these slumlords in August. In October they were notified that the heat does not work properly & here it is February and nothing has been done & the kids are living with the heat working at half capacity all season. Once they were locked out in December and was told they may have to sleep in their car b/c they didn't know if they could send someone out to let them in but they had no problem charging them immediately after unlocking door. A window broke so they came out to repair the window and took the actual window and that was 3 weeks ago!!! It is negative eleven degrees for gods sake! The fridge went out on Friday and they was told they would put in a work order & someone would be out next week but in the meantime put your food outside. Seriously-wth, that is not appropriate or professional or customer service oriented. They horrible stay away!!!! My kids can't wait for their lease to be up so they can get out!! IF I could give less than 1 star I would but google won't let me so buyer or leaser BEWARE!! This is not a good company!!

They are great they gave me my full deposit when I had to move out due to circumstances and they are great with renting to my daughter right now. Great place to rent places from.

Susie was an enormously rude person immediately upon meeting. You could tell she had no respect for anyone else, and she immediately began to get hostile. I asked a single question to which she became angry with, so I dropped the application on the counter and left. Would 100% recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

We will be relocating to Casper Wy November 2018, I contacted CSI after looking over their website. I spoke with Susie Reed about possibly renting one of their houses, I felt she was lacking in the customer service department. After my phone call with Susie I decided to check out the reviews, so thankful I did. Numerous bad reviews and poor customer service, I think we will look somewhere else to live. Thank you to all those that shared your story about renting at CSI. You saved me from a headache.

I'd give them no stars if that was an option. Do not rent from these people. My wife and I made the mistake of trying to rent from them again after one horrible experience with them. If you want to rent from them, be prepared to give them your entire credit history, proof that you have a job, proof that you have a pulse, proof that you aren't an alien from outer space, several blood samples, a DNA test, finger prints, hair samples, finger and toe nail clippings and they'll have you sign over your first born child, but that's only because they don't want your child living in any of their rental properties. Go somewhere else to rent, anywhere else. Even if you need a cosigner at the other place, it will be way better than here. The company my wife and I rented from saw our credit score and that was enough for them to welcome us with open arms.

I was an owner and trusted this company with my duplex after 20+ years I went to Casper after I Retired and found the place a wreck one of the tenants showed me the bathroom it needed to be redone the sink was not working there was a tree growing out of the foundation I was never told about any of this I fired CSI they do take care of the owners of tenants ..i now have to put in New foundation 55000 to 75000 dollars don't let them take care of your property since 1992 I trusted them don't make the same mistakes I did

I rented from CSI for almost a year. They rent was cheap, but so was the unit. All though the unit was freshly painted and carpeted. The wall's were paper thin, the neighbor's and my water pipe's ran through half the studio exposed and made constant sound. A good place if you don't mind noise.
