If I could give this builder 0 stars we would. There is no professionalism when it comes to warranty claims. We have been in this house for 8 weeks and the AC unit has not worked for consecutive weeks since closing. Damon Comerio and his staff refuse to answer the phone and resolve claims after calling, leaving voicemails or texting upwards of 20+ times. The warranty company is useless. Comerio have refused to honor any punch out items that were disclosed prior to closing. Buyer beware - if you have an issue - it will be miserable to resolve
We are having a wonderful experience with the purchase of our home working direct with Comerio Homes. Within twenty-four hours of our late evening call to the listing agent for the home, we sat around the table with Comerio Homes to work out the details on the purchase of the home. We found the Builder to be upfront, honest, trustworthy, and concerned about creating a great and positive buying experience for us. He and his listing agent Drew Hertel have followed through with us on every detail with the highest level of integrity. They make a great team. Both are interested in us as individuals and throughout this process have extended many courtesies to us. They are professional, honest, trustworthy, and have a passion for quality workmanship. And within a month from the day we met with Comerio Homes, we will be in our new home. Because of this positive experience and the quality of the workmanship, we look forward to continue to work with the builder on the completion of the lower level of our new Comerio Home.
I’m truly excited to have a client under contract to build a Comerio custom home! Damon and his staff have been nothing short of outstanding to work with… before, during and after getting to the contract stage. My clients had many questions and requests, and each one was dealt with professionally and thoroughly. This is going to be a fun project, and I’m sure I’ll be posting an “after” review when it’s done!
