No one wants to replace their roof but Stephen made the process stress free and completed the project ahead of schedule. With a newborn Stephen managed his other projects and timed his team to arrive the second our car was packed to depart town. We were given updates throughout the project and once we arrived home the job site was cleaned and the roof looked impeccable.

My parents used Alexanders Roofing last fall to replace their roof after noticing a leak in the ceiling. They told me how great Stephen was to work with and how helpful he was in navigating the insurance claim process. They had nothing but good things to say about the crew, and I could see how beautiful the roof was when they were done.

Late last spring, I noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling and I knew who I wanted to call! I also had a great experience. Stephen took the time to do a thorough inspection, including crawling up in my unfinished attic. He negotiated adeptly with the insurance company, and was great at communicating all the steps and answering my questions prior to the replacement.

The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up meticulously. My new roof is beautiful too, and most importantly, solidly built and has stood up to all the stormy weather we have been having. Thanks Stephen and team!

We've worked with Alexander's Roofing on two occasions now to fix roof leaks on our building. Both times they were quick and did great work. The first time we use Alexander's, we had two other companies try to address the leak first, but Alexander's was the one who was actually able to solve the problem. They will be first on my list to call if I have more roof repair needs.

My house is situated where it gets destroyed by the wind. I've had several roof failures in various places on the roof and I call on Alexander's to fix it every time. They always get me worked in the schedule on short notice and do great work. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The work was very high quality and the entire process was smooth and easy. We would absolutely use Alexanders Roofing again.

We had some wind damage and more storms were to be coming within the week. I booked a quote through Angi. The storms came, blew off the tarp and I didn't know it. Alexander drove by to follow up, gave me a call to let me know my tarp was gone, so I approved the repairs. The work was done the same day. Other companies were unavailable for weeks. It was nice to have my small job worked in so quickly.

Alexander's is absolutely my number one go-to for anything roof related! I've needed them more times than I care to discuss in the past several years, and they've been so quick to respond every single time, they are so professional and polite, they ensure great quality craftsmanship, and show concern shown for high quality work being delivered. Follow ups are done to be sure everything is great, even weeks later. Highly recommend calling them for your roofing needs!

I had storm damage from the tornado last summer, Sam handled everything, and i mean everything, roof inspection, worked out the details with the insurance company from start to finish, could not be happier with the results.

We are in the process of selling our house. We got an offer, but right after the offer was made, a wind storm came and blew off some shingles.

Alexander roofing came out almost immediately after I called them to put on a temporary tarp. I told them our situation, that the house couldn't be sold without the roof fix, and he said he would work us in as soon as possible.

After two straight days of rain, the third morning the roofers came out and fixed it. They literally could not have done it any sooner. Very responsive and professional.

Response the day I called. Found the leak problem and repaired the leak the very next day. On time and very professional work.

Stephen and his team were wonderful to work with. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Even having my gutters replaced and sized to my property. I will suggest their business to other home owners and only work with them.

Alexanders Roofing did a roof replacement on my house, and it looks great! I worked with Stephen Alexander and he was very helpful every step of the way, from telling me where I had some trouble spots to helping with my insurance inspection. The price was fair and they got it scheduled and finished very quickly.

Stephen was VERY responsive and kept in touch with me on everything that was happening, when to expect the trailer, materials, crew, clean up, and trailer removal. We even discussed insurance. He offered to come back out and do a walk through with the adjustor if I had future storm damage. He took pictures of what he found so I could share with my insurance agent when we meet. I was impressed how he went above and beyond. His crew was outstanding and incredibly nice. When it was all finished, you couldn't even tell they were here. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, but hopefully I won't have to. :-)

I had them replace my roof and gutters after a hail damage. They are very professional and worked with my insurance to get things sorted out. I was able reschedule them to work around the exterior painters as I had to move things around due to rain and scheduling conflicts. Stephen was very responsive and patient with waiting on insurance for the claim and answering all the questions.

Stephen and the team at Alexander’s roofing did and excellent job for us. Stephen went above and beyond in helping to navigate the insurance claim maze and provided a considerable amount of guidance for us during this process.

The roofing team themselves did excellent quick work and did a great cleanup job too. Which was very important to us and our dogs.

Richard and his team are top notch and we highly recommend them. We solicited multiple contractors for roof replacement estimates. Richard showed up the same day on time, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, provided a competitive estimate and was a pleasure to work with. After signing the contract, Richard communicated with me just about every day as to when product was arriving and when his team would be here. His team did an great job and were in and out in a single day.

I called Alexanders Roofing for my mom as we thought she had a roof leak. They were out within a day and spent 30+ minutes on her roof looking at a few trouble spots. Instead of trying to get her to replace/repair her roof, they let her know it looked like a Stucco problem. They kindly told her to get that checked out and if the leaks still occurred, they would be happy to come back out and reassess but did not want to tear apart her roof for no reason. We will definitely use them should the problem be more than the stucco and we greatly appreciate their honesty and time!!

Stephen came out and tapped a roof leak for us before a snow storm hit. Only company that would come out and help! Came back right after the snow melted and did a proper repair on the vent leak. Found the problem and fixed it properly. We will use Alexander's Roofing for all our roofing needs!

After all of the heavy rain, we found a section of our roof that was leaking. Stephen was responsive, gave a fair price, and finished the job quickly and on time. We've had no leaks since. Stephen is professional and honest and the first person that I would call with any roofing needs.

I'm so thankful I called Alexander's Roofing! My ceiling had a leak in it a month ago, and I was referred to call them. But I didn't call. :|
Instead I spray painted the ceiling white and purchased expensive dehumidifiers. (Of course, I assumed my problem was something else...until a couple of weeks later, during the Fourth of July week.)
It happened again, my ceiling had a leak (in a new-ish roof!)
Once again I was referred to call Alexander Roofing. I figured since it was right before Fourth of July they wouldn't be able to help....Wrong! They came over pretty quickly and found the issue right away! They fixed the problem and they were very friendly! I wish I would have called them last month :) (Better late than never, I guess.)
My husband also was impressed by the customer service he received when we called. I really am glad I finally called them and I have to say it's rare for me to give reviews. However, I really felt the need to post something since I was so thankful they came during a holiday and had the knowledge to quickly fix my issue . :)

Stephen provided very professional service. Even when weather prevented the planned repair several times, I was kept informed. There has been two heavy rains since the repair to the roof and my porch has remained dry. I have been very pleased with the results and the cost of the repair.

Sam from Alexanders Roofing came out the same day I called and evaluated my roof that had a handful of shingles missing from a windstorm that we got a few weeks back. While he was there, he said that he could do the repair right then and then (even though the wind was again blowing like crazy). I agreed as the price was reasonable and he was done in a very timely manner and didn't leave a mess.

I will work with these guys again if the opportunity presents itself.

Alexander Roofing is alway reliable on getting repairs done to the buildings I manage. They work very closely with our insurance to provide new roofs for a property that had hail damage. They will also do other building repairs such as siding and water intrusion issues. They always get the work done right the first time around and have zero call backs. I like to use locally owned businesses in Kansas City and this is one of the best!

Living in a condominium environment I have to work around a lot of repair that are being done because I work nights and sleep days. Alexanders Roofing was to put on new roofs to a couple of buildings. They handed out notices to all of the homeowners that work WOULD START 12/18 which is a Monday. They showed up FRIDAY MORNING 12/15 UNANNOUNCED and just started hammering away. Needless to say, no sleep that day, Then SATURDAY AGAIN POUNDING ALL DAMN DAY when I thought they would have at least taken the weekend off so AGAIN NO SLEEP! If you want to make a good impression, THEN STAY WITH WHAT YOU PROMISE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DON'T SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED! I'd like to have someone show up at your home around midnight after you have stayed up all day and just start pounding away on your roof! I'm sure you wouldn't be very happy about it either! Don't forget - there are people under those roofs! It's not just all about whether you are ahead of schedule.

He came out during the scheduled appointment window as promised. It was a quick fix he was able to do later that day for a reasonable price.

Alexanders Roofing was excellent to work with. I was very unfamiliar with the insurance claim/replacement process and Sam helped walk me through his side of it and calmed my fears - made it very easy! Sam was great through the entire process! He installed a beautiful standing sea metal roof on our dental office. It made the whole building look brand new. He kept me updated every step of the way. His subs were very polite and kept a very CLEAN jobsite. We also have used him for a repait on our concrete tile roof in Overland Park and was able to come out the very next day and fix it. He is worth every penny.

Sam has done 2 roofs for me now. One on an investment property and one on my primary residence. Just completed an addition on my house and out of all the contractors we had work on the house Alexanders Roofing was by far the best company to work with. They showed up on time, work was completed in a timely manner and everything looks amazing with the new roof.

It was a great experience from start to finish and the repair work he did has held up wonderfully like he said it would.
