Today was my third time going in this store. Parking was plentiful and ADA compliant, marked spaces for parking and wide entry doors, along with wide aisles to navigate through without obstruction.
Although the semi hard rock music playing overhead was a bit distracting during my first two visits, today was better with softer contemporary tunes.
A lot of choices for home repairs, paints, garden management,
RV supplies, automotive needs and clothing.
Pricing was reasonable and competitive for the current market flooding into the area for the winter months. The employees were very busy with other customers, so I didn't succeed at getting help, but, one of them was nice enough to stop in her tracks to let me know that she knows I'm there and will be with me shortly,
I appreciated her for acknowledging me so nicely whereas some establishments would have ghosted me and got to me when they could have. I did find the Wolverine pants that I was looking for.
Being as this is a pretty tight retail market in Parker with auto stores, RV places, clothing places and one
Big Box department store, I totally understand the convergence of people arriving and everyone wanting to be first in line for help, but, I am holding onto the fact that the whole world is understaffed, so patience is key along with being kind to the people that are working the front lines with the public.
All three of my visits ended with great cashiers (S.A. & E.L.) who had smiling faces, efficient, professional and well-groomed. Anyone who reads my Google ratings and reviews knows that I am all about customer service (moreso than prices) and an environment that's conducive for everyone to comfortably shop.

Everything in this store is priced about 50% above retail. The store is usually mostly empty and the parking lot never has more than 3 or 4 vehicles... instead of price gouging, why not lower the prices to within reason and increase thier sales volume? If it's a non emergency, go to havasu or order the items online and you'll save a tremendous amount of money.
They always seem to have the right parts for the job. They are always very polite, and if you can't find what it is you are looking for they will help you find it.
