We had Colorado Preferred Roofing remove replace the roofs on our house and shed, and they were terrific to work with. They did a great job on the roofs, as well as working with our insurance company. It was a complicated job because the insurance company didn't want to cover everything that had to be done and CPR did an expert job of providing the insurance company with evidence and getting them to cover everything needed. It was also extra complicated because we were selling our home and the new buyer required a lot of information on the job, materials, workmanship and warranty. CPR did a great job of communicating with everyone involved and completing the job to everyones' satisfaction. I highly recommend them. The owner, Mark Aumen, was always available to us if needed and our rep, Scott Thomas, was a pleasure to work with.

I met the CPR team at the 2025 Denver Home Show. I needed a great roof for our 24+ years old custom-built barn. Its cedar shakes had required a great deal of expensive maintenance over recent years.
I was positively impressed by CPR's representatives at the Home Show. They were personable and knowledgeable. We made an appointment at my home and as promised, they came fully prepared. They examined all the details of the existing roof from every perspective and flew a drone overhead to get all the details on the roof and cupola. They listened carefully to me about MY needs and expectations (I had a lot). Josh was especially helpful in this regard. He handled everything that I was concerned about, including my request that the new roof would complement our home's slate roof. CPR offered several different choices of asphalt roofing at different costs. In very little time I was able to choose the best material at a very reasonable price with guarantees about which I could feel confident. They exceeded my expectations at every turn and made every accommodation I requested. Soon one polite work crew showed up with materials on the day before another crew of workers removed the old roof and replaced it with the new roof. In both instances the work crews were outstanding. They worked efficiently to complete the new roof and cleaned up everything. Josh returned on another day to repair the leaking cupola at the top of the roof. In fact, everyone went out of his way to be sure everything was perfect! Also, the new roof does co-ordinate beautifully with our home's slate roof.
One pottery plant pot was damaged during the installation process and Josh made sure to replace it promptly with a new pottery pot of my choosing. Truly, I am thrilled to recommend CPR.
I wish everything else in my life could go as smoothly, but it's great to know something actually did!

Art Hart and team did a great job! Art was very thorough with his inspection and made sure to be present when the insurance inspector came by, which was very helpful since they seemed to miss a few things that Art had found. Art was very communicative and helpful through a process we had never done before. Can’t recommend him and CPR more especially if this is your first time dealing with hail damage, roof replacement and insurance claims.

After the paper work was done with insurance ( these damn Colorado spring/summer storms) Phil and his crew were in and out in a day....picking up all the nails/ trash. I love those adjustable sky lights

Phil and his crew did a fantastic job! I had picked out a lighter shade of shingle "Olde English Pewter" and it matched so well with the house siding color. I was amazed because I originally picked out a darker color and so glad went with the lighter one.
Phil was on top of sending video on the progress of the roof installment and how on time with what they told us it would be done, it was done!

I contacted several roofing companies about replacing my roof. Each one was thorough and provided quotes for the job. Then I reached out to Colorado Preferred Roofing. Mark Auman provided an estimate quickly and it was extremely competitive. Once the contract was signed Mike called to set up the day and ordered all the materials that were delivered fast and efficiently. The crew that Mark sent to do both my house and barn were GREAT. They showed up early on the scheduled day and immediately impressed me by coving the sides of the house with nets and the ground with plastic tarps to catch all the roofing nails and debris that may come off during the process. The roofing crew worked hard and fast and were very professional. They were done with both of my buildings by 3 pm. Clean-up was fast and thorough. When they left you wouldn’t know anyone was even there. They also sent out a team to clean and reseal my gutters. I had a roof done on a house 30 or so years ago and it was a NIGHTMARE. I was not thrilled about taking a chance on a roofing company doing the job right. But CPR came through in a big way. Any company willing to go out of their way to show they truly care about their clients is a winning company for me!!! Colorado Preferred Roofing provided exceptional service in June 2024. Every milestone was met or exceeded. The project manager, Jason, was a good communicator and knowledgeable. We have a very complicated roof at the top of about 30 stairs. Colorado Preferred Roofing was relentless in politely and quickly responding to the problems and complications found in our job. It took a while (not their fault at all), but they did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional, responsive and quality help in replacing their roof.

After completing the roof, they cleaned up all the materials and left our yard spotless. Our rep was fast in providing the documentation of the work including photos to the insurance company. They made the process so easy, that I even asked them to do a free inspection of my roof and they told me that I didn’t need a roof for another 4 years. So, I can say they are honest and trustworthy. He responded quickly and was very responsive to our calls and questions.The roofing team worked a very long day and the clean up was exceptional.

He checked the roof and assured us that we were fine and that while there was some wear, we did not need a new roof. This company was very professional throughout the entire project which consisted of roof, gutters, fascia, soffits and chimney cap. They also accommodated a special request to add caps to my homes architectural beams as well.

I started out using CPR after a hail store hit our neighborhood. When they came through and did the inspection they offered shingle upgrades to class 4 if I didn't bother getting a quote from anyone else to push us to use them. Was originally pretty excited with what they said they were going to get done for us. When the insurance adjuster came out to look over the house they sent someone else out to meet with them that was absolutely clueless. The insurance adjuster asked them for the contract of work to be done and the CPR rep had no clue, asked multiple times what he needed to ask his boss for. The insurance adjuster seemed mildly annoyed by the incompetence, I asked him if it was pretty standard stuff and he said yes 100%. The CPR rep later told me to email him with something saying what they were going to do so he could send it over to the insurance company, which I had to explain to him that it doesn't work like that, they are supposed to provide a quote on the work and I sign it and they send it over to the Insurance company... It pointed out to me they hadn't really prepared for the insurance adjuster, and I didn't have confidence in the work they would be doing so I told the CPR rep he could leave, as I would be finding another company.

I worked with Cris, Super Guy, communicating each step which I really appreciated, on-site supervision, updates, professional, site clean-up was amazing. My roof was done in one day; no delays, materials delivered, roof completed and inspected; a seamless project including HOA approval.

Nick and Mark got us fully approved for a roof replacement. We had damage to the paint, gutters, and garage door. They coordinated the detaching of the solar panels and everything passed the cities inspection.y

Our roof replacement was a warranty replacement and no other roofer was helping us to work with the shingle warranty. Not only did he work with our warranty certificate but his customer service was top notch. Great team! Mark and the install team went out of their way to ensure quality communication, estimate, planning, installation, and engagement/inclusion in all aspects. There was one area that needed attention, and Mark and the team worked on it immediately. Said and followed through on, "will not leave or close out the job until you are satisfied!". They came by and left a card after the hailstorm in Denver this summer. I allowed them to do an inspection and they said it warranted a repair.

Gave them my insurance information and it was easy. Moreover I wanted the gutters replaced (out of pocket) but was waiting to get the house painted as well since I thought, why not, since the roof was getting replaced. It took a few weeks since everyone was booked but they went above and beyond to hook me up with a one of their reputable affiliates that put me in within two weeks and took 2 days.

Shout out to Don who was very patient with everything going on. Followed-up and made sure everything was squared. Had my gutters installed through them about 1 1/2 months after the roofing repairs.

Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and friendly. Great experience and they never hounded me for payments. In fact, they took their time to make sure everything was finished months later to finalize the pricing and insurance payments. A+

I was VERY impressed with this company. Our HOA had a bad experience previously and Dan was so nice to treat us with kid gloves and answer all of our questions.
