Samantha from CO Exteriors was a God-sent. I had so much hail damage, that I had no idea what to do or who to call. She came and made every phone call for me, hired contractors to remove my solar to repair my roof. She also handled my garage door replacement. And she even dealt with my insurance company directly so that I didn't have to. She made the entire experience as easy as possible, and I would 100% recommend her for any of your exterior repairs!

Dan Doelger was very attentive and followed through consistently until our project was complete. I would recommend Dan for all of your exterior home repairs. Having a GC like Dan saved us so much time and hassle. He even negotiated with the insurance company to make sure we received appropriate payment for materials and labor.
Could not have done siding, roof, gutters, glass and door replacement on my own. Dan was a blessing.

Our family cabin was built over sixty years ago and the 5th generation of the family is now enjoying its legacy. The roof’s age was well over 40 years old and has needed repairs and replacement for some time. We have spent the last three years attempting to get it replaced. We could not get companies to even reply to our requests to meet, get estimates or even consider taking the job. We had one company laugh and tell us the job was too small and one company give us a green light and then bail on us. Fortunately, Colorado Exteriors was recommended to us and the rest is history! Frank Clark went above and beyond to meet with us, Randy’s experience and expertise allowed us to keep our interior vision of the cabin intact and Sergio and crew worked quickly and professionally to finish the job! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We would highly recommend this company and won’t hesitate in the future to call them again for any roofing needs. I can’t be happier with the entire team at Colorado Exteriors, from the very beginning my project manager, Dan, was very helpful and professional. He handled my insurance claim (more hail ) from start to finish and even though there were a lot of moving parts and pieces it all ran smoothly.
All the workers were courteous and they worked hard and cleaned up before leaving each day.

I worked with Dan Doelger for a new roof on my home after hail damage, what a delight! He kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when and how much each step would be. He even helped me coordinate having my solar panels removed and reinstalled. The crew came the day after Christmas and shoveled snow off the roof to insure the job was done in a timely manner. Talk about service! I've already recomended Dan and Colorado Exteriors to my sister and my neighbor, I recomend this type if service to anyone who will listen.

Working with CE was great! Dan was recommended to me by a neighbor who has worked with him in the past and we were pleased with the effort he put forth to keep us informed step by step as we assessed our roof damage after a storm, managed the timing of the materials drop for the replacement of the entire roof, and scheduled our date for his crew to come and finish the project. Our roof looks great thanks to his team and his ability to keep us connected with the project step by step.

I was also able to meet some of his team at the CE offices in Littleton and they were extremely helpful in expediting our payment and providing the paperwork we needed to finalize everything. Thanks a ton to Dan and the rest of the CE crew for helping us out!

Dan Doelger at Colorado Exteriors has been providing exceptional service in hail storm repair and roof replacement on my block and neighborhood for well over five years. He has worked with several neighbors more than once on their repairs. I have recently been using Colorado Exteriors to replace roofs on homes that I was selling. Each time the seller was under the gun to have the roof replaced timely, in order to not delay the closing and they came through each time. Dan works exceptionally well with the insurance claims adjuster to make sure the homeowner is fully compensated for the entire roof replacement. I couldn't be happier with the service that Dan and Colorado Exteriors provide. After the next hailstorm, be sure to give them a call as they are locally owned and will be here for you in the future.

Colorado exteriors sent Rudy out and he was professional, courteous and even spent a little more time than he probably had to just make sure the job was perfect. Afterwards, he cleaned up and answered any questions we had. Rudy Size 10/10 service.

These guys have called me what feels like every other day for weeks. I asked them to stop calling me and to not show up at my house, as we are not interested in their services at this time. They must be really looking for jobs because even with me telling them to stop calling me they still call me and most of the time don’t leave a message. I had to block their number.

Did not have a good experience at all. Communication was terrible. We told them not to remove the gutters and they did and now it has been three weeks and our gutters are still not on. Recommend going to another company. We are currently selling our house and this is deleting us closing because we cannot get anybody to come out and put our gutters back on

This is the second (or is it the third?) roof that Dan Doelger and Colorado Exteriors has installed for us (hail is a menace). They have been punctual, upfront, honest, and thorough throughout the insurance claim/negotiation, installation, and cleanup. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We were in a bind to get our roof replaced ASAP and Dan with “Colorado Exteriors” was recommended to us by our realtor. Dan was very responsive from the start, and met the insurance adjuster on site to help ensure he found enough new damage to get a claim accepted. Aurora had a large hail storm prior and every roofing company was weeks out, even “Colorado Exteriors”. We discussed the predicament we were in and Dan was able to get everything expedited. He was prompt, very communicative, and extremely kind. He spoke to people in a very friendly manner, but did not come across as a fake friendly by any means, he is genuinely a good person. Before moving, I was a licensed general contractor in Aurora. I am extremely picky on my work, therefore extremely picky on who I use as my subs. If I were continuing my work in that area, I would not hesitate to continue using him and his company for future projects. Highly recommended

Colorado Exteriors is a superb company! Randy the owner was involved in all aspects of the project. He was responsive to several special requests I had. He provided several different contractors who all were very competent. Randy was extremely fair. Dan, my initial contact was very personable and explained the process and answered all of my questions.
I highly recommend Colorado Exteriors and had a very positive experience.

This company is not professional, does not communicate and refuses to respond to email. I have contacted the owner by voicemail due to issues from the install on Day 1, with no response even weeks later, no response with several emails sent as well. They did not know the Inspection Code for the City I live in and had to return to take shingles off, bend them upside to show proof of ice-melt, (which is not the best for the shingles). They placed a piece of metal over the overlapping area of my roof and left an opening which we found a very large wasps nest now in and will be every year. Not sure why they even put the metal there. They also covered up 2 of our bathroom vents with shingles. They knocked down our light fixture hammering so hard on the roof. Cracked the garage ceiling from the aggressive hammering as well. Very unprofessional outfit here and no very good workmanship with this bunch either. Hopefully the ceiling lasts! We shall see...They took off our trim around our roof and did not replace it. The trim around our windows was taken off and replaced with silicone and painted the color of the wood trim that was previously there. We were told a supervisor would be present, there was not one and no one claimed to speak English. There is overspray paint over our vents, we did not want our vents spray painted. The spray paint ended up all over our white siding. The attic is littered with shingle fragments, and large wood pieces even a few stuck in the sheetrock of our indoor ceilings. There are spaces exposed in our siding now with insulation and Styrofoam exposed right where the snow piles up. I would think twice about going with this company after the workmanship they showed with us. We were referred to them by fellow military families, however they worked with them 15 years ago, very different crews working for them now. It was a very stressful and unnerving experience. Unfortunately, Colorado Exteriors has proven to be not an honest company. However, the salesman Dan, says what he needs to in order to get the roof sold for the job. This company appears to be all about the money and could care less about the contractors who the staff out for the actual workmanship.

Colorado exteriors did an excellent job from start to finish they gave me a schedule and performed to that schedule no surprises at all

They were the friendliest bunch of people and so willing to help with what we needed done, made me feel like I was right at home, As if I were with my brothers and sisters.

Super Professional Work and very friendly had a couple of issues after getting the initial work nothing major but just some fi ish stuff and I Believe my Contact's name there was Dan and he got some guys out to fix it right up over all a very very pleasant experience I hope I never will but if I do need roof work done again I will most definitely use them.

They replaced my roof after a major hail storm hit my neighborhood. They did a great job in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly and helpful it was a very easy process thanks to their knowledge staff who helped ever step of the way. I recommend them to my neighbors who also used them with the same great results. Highly recommend them

They provided excellent quotes that were thorough and accurate, offered a fair price, and when issues came up during the install they were communicative and dealt with it immediately. Good company, I have always liked this company, my roofing sales person helped me through my entire insurance claim process, so I could take care of of other business, I was moving and it took no time. They handled all the confusion and contractors.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Colorado Exteriors on my roofing/painting project! I was referred to this company by a friend and had interviewed many contractors. I met with Dan and Matt and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and able to navigate this process very professionally. The roofers that came were very respectful of my property, the painter did a wonderful job and the new gutters went on smoothly. Colorado Exteriors met with my adjuster and made the whole process extremely easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services.
