We hired Coastline to replace roof, build a patio and a workshop. We are very happy with the quality of work and professionalism.

Despite having crew/staff issues (bane of any small business owner these days), Shane got his crew out and replaced my ~90 year old cedar roof.
The previous owner had bought enough #1 shingles to redo the roof years ago, but never did. I asked Shane and he was glad to take the project on. They did an amazing job. It looks beautiful. I'm also glad I had the opportunity to keep my business local. Thanks to Shane, Andy, and the rest of the crew. Great guys. It was $ well spent!

Coastline was very professional and accommodating to us. They showed up as expected, did their work, and were off. They were polite and very easy to work with. Whenever I had a question, I got a speedy reply.

I purchased an old house that I knew would eventually need a new roof. I had three contractors give me estimates. I chose Coastline Roofing for two reasons. I had a friend who knew the owner and recommended his company and I felt respected when communicating with the owner. Their estimate was not the least expensive, but I am very happy Coastline did the work. My old house had some very extensive rot I was not aware of when we started. I was kept fully informed of any new problem that was found. I was given options about how I wanted to fix each problem. I was shown exactly what was found. Andy, the gentleman who ran crew was extremely knowledgeable and he obviously cared about the quality of work. Nicole in the office was always so kind and professional. And lastly Shane, the owner, was very considerate and flexible regarding the final payment.
I would gladly used them again for any construction needs and I highly recommend Coastline Roofing.

I have called them and was told they have the estimate for roofing, gutters and siding and 5 times I have given them my email and have them repeat it back to me and still I never received email from them. I will take my business elsewhere with someone more reliable.

Not only was Coastline the lowest bid from several others that were up to twice as much, they were the only company that itemized the estimates. They did an excellent job in the installation of the roof and the cleanup too.

Shane and his crew did a nice job on my projects. They re-roofed my older manufactured home that had some rotting rafters and decking. His crew worked hard and fast to complete the job. The pricing was competitive with other local roofing companies. Their clean-up after the job was great.

We had a side building built by them as well. Another good job. We had an existing concrete pad that wasn't level, but they worked around that and my expectation were met or exceeded. Any issues with this project were communicated to Shane and he dealt with by him.

I have had the pleasure during the past three years to use the services of Coastline Construction for several of my building needs, including roofing, siding and general construction projects. In my opinion, they are the "go to" company on the Northwest Coast for quality work and affordable value. Coastline has the size and depth of experienced staff to handle multiple projects simultaneously while still remaining open to interaction with customer's requests and input. Shane Moncy has built not only a good business but an excellent organization.
