I needed some renovations done on my house, including a redesign of the front porch area. Since the porch faces north and had no cover, I was constantly dealing with snow and ice buildup all winter long. CMBC came up with a thoughtful and practical plan that addressed all of my concerns—within my budget. They designed and built an overhang roof that not only looks great but also fits the tricky angles of my existing gables perfectly. The whole project came together beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am glad I chose them and will continue using them for the other projects I need done.

I have used these guys for several projects including building a large 4000 square foot cabin in the mountains
Did a great job showed up on time and worked long days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I plan on using them again on other projects!

My personal experience with CMBC was quite positive. I needed a roof resealing on my leaky garage roof. Andrew Taufen responded quickly to my request for an estimate and suggested the best procedure for my nearly flat roof which has been a source of ongoing leaks. He scheduled the work in a timely manner. The job was done efficiently and now I have a dry garage!

I have had the privilege of working with the folks over at CMBC on a few projects and have even more scheduled for them to complete. The quality of work and care they put into their work is immense and can be seen through their effort and end results. If you are in the mindset of a renovation, a brand new build, or anything in between, I can not recommend CMBC enough. We will be using them for all our future projects.

Curt Taufen and his team at CMBC Building and Restoration were instrumental in our home remodel /renovation and took the time and skill needed to complete our project carefully, to compliment the current esthetic, and with utmost professionalism. It was a huge undertaking and they helped make it easy. I was equally impressed with their organization, prompt scheduling and clean up on the job after each day. They also helped us stay on budget. We have since used CMBC Building and Restoration again for a flooded basement and they were fantastic in assisting us through mitigation and restoration along with working with the insurance company to get our home put back together after an unexpected renovation. Thank you, CMBC, we are planning our next project and will definitely call on you again!
