Very reliable company. They show up when they say and do great work. Hard to find good customer service these days but we are impressed with the way they handled our concerns. Would recommend them to anyone that has hvac needs.

I really don't know where to start so I'm going to start right here. I didn't have no choice in who installed my unit on my new mobile home call and said I had a high humidity rate finally come out done some tinkering around you need to really get to know her warts at all determine that it was the area I was living in BS. I was out of state working my wife contact me and said the air quit working June 30th of 2023 so I contacted a local company close to my house Odenville Alabama the gentleman came out said that the fan was continuously running but I did have a high humidity rate and what it was with that fan continuous running and the air conditioner not running it was not d humidifying so I'll eat the $97 and I would not recommend this company to no one.

I've been without air for over a month. And they won't answer or return my calls. Wouldn't recommend.
We called someone else and have had to replace the fan motor and the control panel. For a total of $1500. He also stated that the duct work was never replaced. So yes this was closed in error. And now you've lost a loyal return customer, the Camp's.

I've called climate crafters to repair my central heat and air on several occasions. They have always explained the service in detail and been professional and quick to respond.Mr.Gary ,Mr.Scott and Ethan are all nice people with expert knowledge at their business.they NEVER try to take advantage of women not having knowledge about central heat and air issues ,like a lot of other companies do.Everyone is treated with respect and fairly.I highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs.
