Excuse the late review. They redid our entire roof in early November. Glad we hired them, they showed up with a massive crew, including the owner. Complete tear off of our shingles, removed the chimney, repaired underlay and new shingles in one day. Came back the day after our chimney was converted (to a Class B) and re-did the shingles around the pipe as they wanted it done there way. New eaves also installed through them. They showed up when then said they would and they finished on schedule.

I recently had my garage re-shingled and the roof of my house's shingles asphalt rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Cleroux & Sons Roofing! Exceptional workmanship & excellent customer service!

We have used this company twice. Arrived to do the job as contracted to do both times. The entire crew is well organized and all have their jobs to do. Left my yard as it was when they arrived. Damien was very respectful to me as a woman as my husband was working when he came to give us a quote. When my elderly father needed his roof done, we knew we could trust Cleroux'& Sons to take care of it and my father would have no worries

Everything was explained and done exactly how it was explained. I like the way everything went and looks. Great job guys

Shannon was an exceptional sales rep. He was on time for the initial quote and after we requested to proceed, he was extremely communicative keeping me up today if there was a weather delay.
They installed our new eavestroughs in about 2 hours, the gentleman doing so was very courteous when I asked questions. The clean up was great and the finished product looks great from what I can tell as well. This was a very easy and stress free experience

The guys were great to deal with. Quick to come out and look at my roof and quick to fix the damage.

NOT RECOMMENDED - BUILT NEW HOME 5 YEARS AGO - ONE OF SEVERAL ON STREET WITH ROOF ISSUES - AT LEAST 5 HOMES HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR ROOF. THE LATEST BEING, A LEAK WHERE THE ROOFERS HAD CUT THE SHINGLES WHEN CAPPING THE ROOF - EVERY TIME IT RAINED HARD WE HAD WATER - ALSO NAILS NOT DRIVEN IN ALL THE WAY OIN SHINGLES - STAY AWAY!

I have been involved and many home renovations and supervised the construction of two homes. So I have had a lot of experience with many contractors. This experience has been extremely positive. The workmanship, the clean up and the finished product are amazing. Everyone who worked on this project from the sales rep, the supervisors to the workers were extremely competent and professional.

This company is amazing got my roof done today what an amazing job. I recommend them 100% you won’t regret it. Thank you Damien and crew and to the sales rep you guys are Awesome

They just finished a roof in my neighbourhood and left a card on my door because I obviously need a new roof. Decided to walk over and see the work they had done and maybe talk to the homeowners. The mess they left behind, shingle wrappers strewn across the neighbors yards and out on the road right away stopped me. I won’t be calling them!

Excellent people to deal with. The sales rep was very professional and was true to his word from start to finish. Price quoted was also price I paid (no surprises). The roofing team did an outstanding job! They also took great care to protect my neighbors property which is very close to our property. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

I first called this company at the beginning of March after major damage to my roof due to a wind storm. Was told somebody would come on Friday to give me a quote. A week went by, and I never heard back from them. Called several times and left messages, finally another appointment was made. Stayed home all day a second time, nobody showed up and nobody called to say they were not coming. After a couple more missed appointments, someone came by and gave me a quote on April 8. I agreed to the quote and contracted them to do the work, and was told they should be doing the work "probably the second or third week in May." By the end of May, I had not heard back from them, and called again. Several unreturned messages later over about a week, and the salesman finally called back and said there had been a weather delay, and the crew should arrive next week. In all, there were dozens of missed appointments and date changes over the summer. In each case, I had to call after staying home all day waiting to find out what was wrong - they never called me directly to tell me the estimated start date had been changed. Finally, near the end of the summer, someone in the company saw that I had expressed frustration to a friend online about the continual runaround the company was giving me, and the owner said he would not be doing any work for me. If he had said that back in early spring when I first called the company, I would have had the chance to get another company in. But since he waited until summer was almost over, there was no time left to get another roofer to do the work until after a long winter with a badly damaged roof. No idea yet how many tens of thousands of dollars I will lose due to all the interior damage from going through the winter without a sound roof. All of which could have been avoided if the company had just acted honestly in the first place and said they did not know if they would have time to do the work, so I would have had the freedom to look for another company.
